I have been working with Pulse Clinic for the past five years, and I have always found them to be professional and kind in their approach to providing the necessary care.

I recently visited their clinic in Phuket Town, and their staff, including Khun Tuan, a nurse, assisted me in receiving the medical care I requested.

As I live in Phuket Town, having this clinic here makes my life so much better. Thank you, Khun Tuan, for your kindness and for helping me with my request.

I went to the clinic in Asoke in Bangkok with an appointment with Dr Minnie. Appointment fast to arrange. All blood test results sent to me from the lab the same evening. Doctor read the report and sent recomendations all within the same day. I have been in Thailand 20yrs now and know a good service.

Be warned, here you will (provenly) receive counterfeit medications without ever having spoken to a doctor. If you try to get a refund, they will tell you that you waived it with a signature (which isn't true). Afterwards, I was promised a refund, but when I inquired further, I was very unprofessionally attacked and insulted. The person claimed to be the CEO, which is not true as he behaved like an intern; his language was very aggressive, insulting, and crude.

I came to have the clinic to get the injection of 2 medications i must have every 2 months.
It a very expensive medication, few thousands euros each.
I took an appointment and when I arrived they refuse to inject it, even with an hospital prescription pretending that it could be a fake one !!! They told me buy it here and it will

It s not my fault if your country is corrupt tes but in Europe hospitals don’t deliver fake medicines!!!

This clinic prefers to let you die because you haven’t bought it there . They just want to make hughe profits on your back and they don’t help the community.

From there, they may give a recommended treatment course, but the decision should be left to you.
3. Follow-up care. This is what make Pulse Clinic different from many other health clinic. Anytime you have any questions about your health situation, you can always contact Pulse Clinic by phone or email & their staff will get back to you as soon as possible with the answer that you need, such as proper instructions for medication, post-treatment care or any related document that you need. Follow-up appointments also booked appropriately.
Pulse Clinic staff, they been helpful with booking appointments and relaying messages, email to or from my doctor. The nurses accommodating to my needs and well informed about my health situation.
I really recommend Pulse Clinic.

I lived in Asia for 10 years In 4 major cities all with access to the best doctors. However, I still prefer to visit Pulse Clinic in Bangkok for all my sexual health needs. This is because I feel truly cared for at Pulse in a non judgemental way that puts my health and well being as their NUMBER ONE priority! Other established clinics and practices seemed more focused on my demographic and sexual orientation.
If there is one thing Pulse understands that differentiates them from the rest - there is no science or medicine that can replace empathy and the human touch!
Happy to know and learn that they have grown and established a wider reach of care in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur which I will definitely visit during my travels in future!

I've been visiting this clinic every time when traveling to Thailand for follow-up checkups and refill of medication. Nowadays it's not possible to enter Thailand due to Covid-19. But I can receive medication by mailorder efficiently. Very friendly staff, an elegant reception and discrete service.

I had risk while traveling in Bangkok, then I searched online where I could get some bits of help so that I found PULSE CLINIC. After stepping in, this place mesmerized me as It's decorated beautifully and the prices are reasonable in comparison to the services that you would get!

The doctor spoke very good English!!

I had been to Pulse Clinic many times while visiting Thailand, and indeed, to get myself tested and refill my medication is one of the reason I visit Bangkok. Dr Wichakorn is extremely friendly and professional, and Dr Deyn is charming and knowledgeable as usual. They are the my first choice comes to men's health clinic.
Its pretty sad and anxious that I can't visit Bangkok and Pulse Clinic Silom due to the current Covid19 situation, fortunately there is another Pulse Clinic in KL, which help me to get through this.
In summary, their price is slightly higher than government hospital, but the experience, service and professionalism (and confidentiality) they provided is absolutely value for money.
Highly recommend it.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. The clinic is a one stop service you get it all done here. You can book an appointment online, arrive on time, get lab tests done and get medications such as antibiotics or hiv prevention such as PrEP or PEP, they also do HIV treatment and hepatitis C treatment, I saw certificate that the got higher education with published researches with Maastricht University, doctors who work at the clinic also speak at international conferences so their English is very good and they sure know what they're doing. Thanks to them for helping our community.
