One of those products that you don't notice until it stops working. For that PureH2O does its job very well. Service happens once a year, you dont even have to remind them. And inbetween services you have the best drinking water money can buy.

Pure H2O are a great company to deal with, we've had our drinking water tap for 22yrs & never had 1 problem with it. On its last service a part was found broken & due to its age unrepairable. The engineer was brilliant explained it all to us very clearly & said we needed a new unit. We were contacted by the H2O office soon after who offered us a excellent loyalty discount on a new unit & arranged for the engineer to return shortly after to install one so we weren't without pure drinking water. Claire the engineer, was lovely she did an exellent job, everything was explained to us & we received a call later from the office to ask if we were satisfied with the work & the over all service provided. I would recommend H2O to anyone they are a british company & a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, to Claire & Vickey & especially Claire the Engineer you are stars.

I have been using H2o Water filter system for nearly 20 years. It provides absolutely pure water without pollutants metals antibiotics hormones sewage etc!
I very rarely write reviews but this company is so worth it that I I'm doing so without their knowledge but so consumers can trust it. Speak to Kerry who knows everything and is extraordinarily helpful it makes spending money a pleasure!! And I worked out that in spite of the initial costs it is cheaper than buying nasty plastic bottles full of water.
A full on 10 out of 10 thumbs up to this company – not many you can say that about!

Using the system since 1998. Cannot live without it. With recent house changes and a recent service we incurred an issue. Kerry checked with the team sent engineer Vlad to review, he took initiative as we have an old style filter, called the boss resolved and all in good working order. Nothing but praise for an ethical company.

I've been a customer for over 8 years and I'd just like to say how much I love this service and company!

Clean water and good health is so important to me, and thats what this service provides. Customer service is always great very helpful, and they come out to where I am no problem.

They recently suggested a direct debit spread payment option which was cheaper, and I love this as its not a big bill all at once I just spread it out.

Also with constant worries about water companies allowing pollutants, sewage releases etc I really don't like that and would worry about drinking water, but not now because I know my system from Pure H2O keeps me safe so I can enjoy pure water!

Whilst renovating our house I was determined to install a purified water system and water softener. Having been highly recommended Roger by trusted friends we had no hesitation in contacting him. Roger was so informative and helpful the process was pretty straight forward and I can truly say 7 months in that this was the best decision we made. The water is delicious the fizzy water is delicious the boiling water leaves no scum when you make tea and is also delicious. I love the touch screen - to wash up the two options are perfect to wash up with and rinse. The after sales team is great and they are always on hand if I have a query. I even attached the water to my fridge so get the best ice. No more purchasing plastic or glass water bottles ever again. Highly highly recommend.

This is a super piece of equipment that not only sterilizes the internal surfaces of glass bottles but also refills them with chilled still or sparkling water from our spring. PureH2O also supply the product with their own water purification system that removes any organics and pollutants leaving the water fresh and great to taste. HydreauBar™ is the only system on the market that delivers the bottle cleaning solution. In a single 20second wash cycle bottles are sterilized to Log7 and ready for refilling and this is essential to prevent cross contamination when reusing bottles. Have been with Pure H2O for a number of years and have 3 machines in 3 different locations. Two of these were efficiently and satisfactorily maintained recently by technician Vlad. Arrived perfectly on time. After inspecting the machine, he explained the situation to me and was able to completely fix the fault on an ageing machine. I did have had an extremely poor experience some years ago with an inexperienced technician but couldn't fault this one.

We have had our unit for many years. Each service has been carried out efficiently and timeously. Today we had a service by Lewis the maintenance technician, which was outstanding as he recognised (unprompted) a new bathroom had been fitted since the last time. He then carried extra tests on the system to check pipe work installation.

I love my Quatreau SmartTap, it’s been the centrepoint of my kitchen since we installed it in 2022. We built a new home and the tap is my favourite gadget from the whole project! We also installed their RODI system that purifies tap water and makes the boiling chilled and sparkling taste amazing – much better than bottled water and so much more convenient. Once you drink pure water there’s no going back! Drinking tea made from the instant pure boiling water tastes amazing and steaming vegetables from pure water in the saucepan improves the taste and flavour of the vegetables. It's hard to believe the difference. Roger and his team have always given great service, their engineers are punctual, polite and leave the cupboard clean and tidy after service work. You couldn’t work with a nicer company, they really care about their customers and are very passionate about the purity of water and quality of products. I would highly recommend The Quatreau Smart Tap and Pure H2O Ltd - a definite 10/10!
