My name is amardee singh, I ordered through pushas pair of Jordan They are shit don’t use it,I ordered on 6 of july have been emailing them from last 15 days no response to emails ,no confirmation email of my order no communication from them don’t use them ,they are worst service provider
It costed me 4000 bucks and still nonidea about my order so frustrating and disappointing and disgusting pushas

Placed an order 2 weeks ago spending nearly $1500. No sign of order being shipped. No response from either online chat on their website or from their help e-mail address for follow up with order. Last e-mail received stated it was on its way to their
Authenticity Centre. Get the feeling I have been scammed out of nearly $1500

Had a great experience with PUSHAS , had a few questions & customer service answered promptly & helpful. Shipping time was good & shoes were in great condition ! Great place to shop for a large range of products.

pushas are a scam. i purchased a item and sizing was incorrect so i shipped the item back and they are refusing to give me store credit or refund because they think item came incorrectly. customer service team is a joke and dont return any emails.

Terrible customer service I have been waiting over a month for an item I paid for with no specific update on ETA.

Completely trust Pushas to deliver genuine products. Have ordered multiple times and never disappointed.

After 2 months of placing the order, I’ve finally received a tracking code for my order. After 6 generated responses, 2 weeks of complete silence after a refund request, dispute transaction with the bank, complaint filed with the ACCC.

Order placed on 19th of May.
Order packed on 17th of July.

It’s disgusting how much work was needed to simply receive a product I have paid for in full or at the very least, an order confirmation.

This is not the way to run a business, Pushas should be held accountable.

Absolute Nightmare
Ordered a jacket for a family members birthday, he opened it to find a completely wrong jumper. Have been trying to get this sorted for 2 months now, have sent 18 follow up emails, have contacted ACCC and told them about it, and still I dont have a resolution from Pushas. Do not order anything from these people

I’ve just received my 3rd email from pushas asking me to leave a good review.

I have been waiting for my item to be sent out for over 7 weeks. That’s almost 2 months.

Everytime I contact support, I get the same regenerated response saying “the item is stored at another location”.

I stopped receiving communication from Pushas 2 weeks ago when I requested a refund.

I have forwarded my complaint as well as other Trust Pilot reviews to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission)

I was going to leave this all in good faith but seems like Pushas is getting desperate and phishing for good reviews to counteract the HONEST reviews.

Great experience with Pushas, best sneaker platform in Australia.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Funny they send me a link to leave a review for products I am still yet to have received coming up to 7 weeks since ordering.
Email system is useless continually getting the same response…….
No wonder the business does so well collecting money for orders they never deliver

I've ordered from Pushas several times and each time it has been shipped and delivered within a few days. I've never had any issues with them, even being in Aotearoa.

I bought a LABUBU The Monsters Have A Seat on 2/6, But I waited for a few days it didn't ship. I sent an email and they replied very quickly and shipped it very quickly. However, the downside is that the packaging box is easily damaged, maybe the transportation was not good, Overall good.

I've used them a few times from Canada.The experience has always been good for me. I constantly praise the site.

Horrible. Do NOT order from Pushas. They sent me the wrong item, I waited forever for it and they way overcharge. I was willing to pay the price to get the item I wanted.. not something I didnt order. Also havent received a response from customer service. Trash garbage.

Appalling customer service still have not got my item was advised was sent else where to be checked if original or not but a week later still no tracking details

SCAM!! Stay away from this business!! I’ve ordered something a month ago (costing close to $200 with shipping) and have not gotten it resolved. Every time I send a query, I get an automatic response.. Horrific customer service. Total scam
