Always very happy with my purchases and customer service! It does take some time as they need to verify and authenticate the items if you dont order fastest. But you are always guaranteed to get authentic and rare products with great quality check too!

The only outlet I trust for reselling shoes and pop mart as they are 100% authentic and ship everything as quickly as they can!

Firstly, I buy a $375 pair of shoes about 8 weeks before Christmas so that it arrives on time for use as a Christmas gift.
Unfortunately it didn't arrive at all. It wasn't until after Christmas that I was told they couldn't get the product, so I was offered a measly $20 gift card.
Next I purchase a $300 hoodie and a $100 large size tshirt.
The hoodie arrived as ordered, as expected , but the Tshirt was several sizes too small, and had a $19AU price tag on it.
Nice mark up there, $81 profit for doing very little.

I've never had an issue with quality, and timeliness really depends on the end seller. If I'm ever in a hurry, I know I need to pick the 'Fastest' option.

PUSHAS have always been really easy to deal with, quick fulfilment and regular updates on the progress of the order. Will only use these guys for sneakers I can no longer buy in stores.

This was the worst experience ever. I wanted to exchange the size, but your return policy is written so tiny no one can even see it. Then, after I returned the product, you had the audacity to only refund part of my money—and in points, not cash.

What the hell am I supposed to do with your crappy points? Keep them. I’m done with your store. Never buying anything from you again.

This company is an absolute joke, I have to do all the follow up emails, then when the size is wrong we have to pay for delivery and then another delivery, went to re order and the prices are back to full price and they won’t honour the sale price even though it was a week ago since I ordered, I don’t know how this is allowed but if you continue to do business like this your company would be gone in no time, will never shop again and I strongly encourage anyone that buys off this website to get your size right as they are not true to what they say.
