We bought a pair of Nike Phantom Reacts for my son that were a light grey almost white. He wore them once and got a mark on them so I did a light wash with warm water and laundry detergent as advised on the Nike website and all the branding on the tags came straight off and the colour on the rubber section came off and ran into the grey.
They are extremely poor quality and I would 100% question if these shoes are genuine Nike product.
I contacted pushas and they wanted nothing to do with this and refused to accept them as faulty as the branding had come off, which is what I was complaining about ??
Very poor experience, I would not waste my money there ever again.

Have shopped with Pushas a few times & generally have positive experiences. This time I needed to create a return. The customer service started out okay, then had no communication & was waiting for over a month to have the shoes sent back to me. I was the one reaching out 3 times within the month which I thought was disappointing & was confused why it was taking so long as I reside & in the same state the warehouse was based.
After writing a third email about how disappointing it was on the no communication & lack of customer care, I received no response, just tracking details.

Do not buy from this reseller! Nike dunks are as unauthentic I as they come!! I have a few pairs of these. Size is completely off, way too tight for a size 12 . Uneven stitching, bubbling outer sole on the learher. Unevenly cut with threads hanging.
Even more of a hassle to return then. They will only credit you a percentage of the total purchase price after having to pay for postage. If they decide to issue a refund at all as I’m sure they would blame in on Nike manufacturing.

With saying that I have purchased from them before and till now everything has been legit.
But after this last purchase, it will definitely be my last. Not willing to pay premium $$$ with the risk of being sent fakes! 🤙🏽

Shoes came fresh and the box came clean even though it was labelled damaged!! So that's a bonus!!

Worst company. I bought an essentials t shirt. After one wash all the letters peeled off!! Upon contacting the support they told me it was my fault for not ‘cold washing’ my t shirt. I’ve had over 10 of these t shirts and washed them all the same way with the t shirt always staying in tact. Pathetic company selling poor quality goods!!

Pusha’s is a great place to purchase 100% Authentic shoes in good quality, the delivery is usually smooth and fast. They always have shows that are hard to come by and overall ive had a great experience shopping at Pushas. Highly recommended if you like collecting shoes

Order got cancelled via ebay. Yet they have the sneakers for sale -size and all on their website. Should not sell on eBay if your not willing to pay the fees they charge!.

How do I give a zero star rating??
My 13 year old daughter saved her money for months to buy a pair of shoes from this site. We used THEIR sizing chart and the shoes that were delivered were quite obviously the incorrect size. It took days for them to respond to us, only to inform us they do not offer refunds but will exchange or give store credit. We had to pay $15 to return the shoes, it then took 2 weeks for someone to finally contact us about it.
They have just said " our team have noticed that there is a discolouring on the sock lining along the heel of the right shoe". the shoes weren't even tried on! They were quite visibly way too small. I contacted the team to return the shoes the day they were delivered! They were not worn AT ALL.
So I am now in the process of submitting a complaint with the ACCC and ombudsman. I also read on here that some people are going to expose PUSHAS via journalism and TV. I am happy to join them!
I wished we had read these reviews prior to buying from these scammers! It seems we aren't the only ones who have been scammed by this company. How sad.

SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. SHOE SIZE CHART IS INCORRECT THEY ALSO DONT STAND BY SIZE CHART. SHOES ARRIVED WRONG SIZE SENT THEM BACK AND FOR CREDIT SO CAN PURCHASE CORRECT SIZE AND THEY KEEP 10%

I Trust PUSHAS! I read a few reviews here and was skeptical at first, but I made my order of the Adidas Samba OGs and was delighted. I picked the "fastest" option and the pair arrived within 2 days. A review here said the same thing, but I think most customers complaining didn't read all their FAQs or info they clearly put on the site for different purchasing situations. I'm very happy with my experience with PUSHAS and they have earned themselves a long time customer.

Alot of these reviews are misleading, It states on the website to make sure you choose the right size and that some shoes aren't at the warehouse so bare in mind that it will take it longer. I found a pair that I've wanted for so long and they just happened to be on special so even better. Took about a week to get here from AUS to NZ (Minus the weekend) but even then I'd say it was still quick considering I'd been looking for so long for these shoes in my size. I am so happy with my purchase and just absolutely love them. Anyway thanks so much Pushas, Also don't be too quick to judge a website okay just make sure to read full descriptions and faqs. Love love love my shoes.

Bought a pair of shoes and needed to return the shoes due to them being a size to big. Shoes were not worn or used in anyway and remained in the box. I returned the shoes then received a reply advising me that the ink from the welcome card that they wrote on 2 weeks ago (dry ink) has transferred onto the heel of the shoe so they cannot be returned. The shoes were unworn this can only be described as a scam and a breach of consumer law. DO NOT buy through this site, this company is deceitful.

Recently purchased a pair of Nikes. PPL88876159
The ordering process was quick and easy. Needed to return the shoes due to them being a size to small. Shoes were not worn or used in anyway and remained in the box. I sent three e mail which went unanswered. Finally, received a reply, the return process is complicated and time consuming.
I have now received an e mail informing me there is a stain on the sock lining of the shoe so they cannot be return. As the shoes were unworn this can only be described as a scam and a breach of consumer law. Do not buy through this site.
