Had to return item under guarantee and order a replacement. Young man I spoke to was very by helpfull and efficient. My new order came within 24hrs. Sorry I did not get this young man's name.

Product and distribution great. Delivery was terrible! Said they had delivered, I was in all day and no one was seen on my camera all day. It was taken to a post office for collection which was inconvenient and shut when it was convenient for me.

Valera sl 3200 A brilliant hairdryer for very fine hair.
This was the only place in the UK where I could easily find the product I wanted. I came across this hairdryer (Valera sl 3200) when I was abroad and found it was extremely gentle on very fine hair, giving great results because of this.
Ordering was straightforward, communication from the company was excellent and delivery was swift.
