Good price on generics
Easy to order and great prices too. Arrives quickly and in good shape. The only issue with the generic toner cartridges is they are not quiet as good as the originals. I 've had some where the toner powder has leaked a little and they do not seem to last quiet as long. But considering the price I go with them over the high prices direct from manufacture!

parts were not compatible
I specifically searched for compatibility to Imagistics FX 2100. The box says it is compatible, but trust me it is NOT.

I'm very sorry to hear about any compatibility issue you experienced with our cartridge!
Unfortunately sometimes printers will have some trouble reading the non-OEM cartridges and that can usually be solved by removing the cartridge from the printer, turning off the printer and unplugging the printer's power cord for about 10 seconds. When this doesn't do the trick, please let us know right away! We have a 6 month warranty on our non-OEM cartridges and can provide replacements or returns for refunds on any faulty cartridge within that time period. At this point, I'm very sorry to say that this order is past it's warranty period, but if you were to give us another try, please give us a call at 888-273-3084 and one of of sales reps can apply 10% your next order of non-oem printer cartridges.

Fast delivery, good toners!
Fast delivery, and what I like best, the toners can run all the way down to 1% ink... compare this to other toners, that force you to stop ~ 8%, will no longer print, and make you swap out a new one.
Will be buying here again!

This is because the standard shipping is Ground and items ship from different warehouses around the country. Everything went fine with this transaction.
OEM Toner is expensive no matter where you buy it. I bought from Quikship Toner because they were slightly less expensive. They shipped promptly and the delivery estimate was right on.

The service was terrible
I was very disappointed in the service i received. I ordered toner and was advised that i would receive it within about 5 day. I checked the UPS tracker and my order was delivered to California and I live in Hampton, Virginia. I called the company and had the items reshipped out. I feel like because this was an error on their part that i should of at least had my order reshipped to me at their expense next day. When i called customer service, they acted like they didn't care and were not going to go out of their way to compensate me for a mistake they made.I will not use this company again.
