Major drop in service from this company. I've have used Quinns for a number of years but in recent months the company has moved to a structure where they don't actually print anything themselves. Now almost every job ordered is late (often by weeks). The final straw came when I got some reports printed and was informed after several weeks that the job had no chance of making it even close to the deadline. The job was cancelled by Quinns but no refund was issued. Currently with the bank as a fraudulent transaction.

no refund for canceling the order, complete disregard for the customer, failure to meet deadlines. I do not recommend cooperating

they actually closed the Belfast factory and now using different printers, that's why you won't get your jobs on time!

If I could give zero stars I would.
Disastrous company, gave a delivery date, the items didn't arrive, they kept saying it was a transit issue. They arrived 10 days late - once received we were told they had only been booked for collection with the company 3 days previous. I have sent numerous emails since, I keep getting told I will get a response that day. Still nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is appalling, they haven't a clue how to run a company.

Ordered Brochures for an event and explained this to them when ordering.
They managed to have the items late missed the event. Took them 5 weeks to deliver and ignored every call and email.
Plenty of excuses and different excuse each time. Also ordered 2 pop up stands for them and also late. I would not normally leave a review .But to warm people to avoid.

Rang them twice over my non-delivery. They said they would look into it. I have not heard back from anyone. Used the online chat and had no response. Emailed and been ignored. I paid up front through the website and have nothing to show for it. Just a bunch of online crooks stealing their customer's money. What more is there to say?

No doubt they will ask for my order details here. Just so it looks like they are concerned. Then just ignore me again.

UPDATE: I have now received my order and have been communicating with Bryan the production director. He was gracious and accepted full responsibility for the delay with my order. I will now continue to use Quinns going forward so long as the service doesn't fail to deliver again.

Iv used quinns on and off for a few years, mostly off and to be honest this time I wont be back. I understand issues and mistakes happen but 90% of the time theres an issue or mistake with these guys. AVOID!!

After recently leaving Quinns for constant late orders, I was getting numerous calls and emails asking me to use their services again. I was told that all problems had been resolved. They state 96% on time delivery, it's a lie.

I put 4 jobs onwith them, all 4 were atleast a week late each. Can't be trusted anymore, not reliable for print resellers.

I can't say enough good things about Quinn's. Their fast and efficient service, combined with excellent customer support, makes them the best choice for printing. They handle every job with professionalism and care.

If you have business, don't go to them.
It will definitely be delayed!
They said the delivery was late we have to cancel your job and we will refund the money back. But they did not refund. Every time I call they say they will do it next week and they are lying. A total of 5 months have passed and the money has not been returned.
I have never seen such a fraudulent company and its employees. don't work. Don't get a headache.

Avoid.

Scammers. They'll request more money, miss every deadline and lie.

Don't waste your time.

Once again, excellent service from Quinns for A5 flyers. I order from this company regularly and they never fail to deliver a competitively priced, quality product.

We have used Quins for printing our business cards on many occasions. The service is quick and professional.

A complete shambles , not used this company for a while and was not aware that they have closed the factory and are now nothing more than print brokers .

Got an E-mail the day the job was due telling me that their supplier had raised the price and they wanted us to pay the extra £400 on top of the price advertised on their website to have the job printed and delivered late !!

My jobs are nearly three weeks late. Yes we can’t do anything but move your jobs somewhere else. Let their business shrink then they will provide good service

Been using Quinn’s for over 18 years now and found the service excellent. I spend quite a lot of money per month with Quinn’s so I expect a service that supports my business! Orders this year hadn’t been going to turnaround, the team had been upfront open and honest about the root cause of the issues. This month I placed a substantial amount of orders with Quinn’s and every order arrived on time including 2 very large time critical Royal Mail deadline jobs (60% of my orders have been early).delighted Quinns service has returned and their upgrades are now complete

Ordered both leaflets and a couple of sets of business cards through Antony. The guys helped with the artwork. Seamless service, delivered on time. No problem recommending

So I don't usually write reviews, but I thought it would be worth putting my recent experiences with Quinns as a long time customer. I had quite a few disrupted jobs over the last few months, but this last month I have to say Quinns have really turned it around I couldn't quite believe it. Jobs have been coming early or on time so they seem to be living up to their promise of ''96% on time shipment''.

A special mention for Anthony who has been great this whole time!
