Cancelling issues
Have had massive issues trying to cancel my subscription. I cancelled with the site but money was still taken. cancelled at PayPal but fee was still taken. Cancelled at the bank still payments coming out. I was forced to consider closing my bank account. For over 2 years I’ve been unable to cancel only when I left a negative review was the issue resolved. I was then threatened with legal action regarding my review so have edited it accordingly . Product was good but cancelling took over 2 years to resolve and I then got legal threats as thanks for my custom. Your decision

Our subscription cancellation process is straightforward and accessible to all users. Subscribers can cancel directly through their PayPal account, and we provide a step-by-step guide in the FAQ section of our website, including a direct link to manage subscriptions. It’s unclear why this process took you two years, especially without reaching out sooner for assistance, which we would have been happy to provide.
Regarding your claim that payments continued despite cancellation, I’d like to clarify that it is not possible for PayPal or any payment gateway to process payments for a canceled subscription. As discussed in our email correspondence, your transaction was completed on January 1, 2025, and your subscription was successfully canceled by you on January 7, 2025. You were also refunded in full via PayPal, despite having access to the service throughout the subscription period.
Your statement, "I’ve been unable to cancel only when I left a negative review was the issue resolved," is not accurate based on the timeline. The subscription was canceled prior to your review being posted on January 16, 2025.
Additionally, I want to address your comments about legal action. I want to emphasize that all users are entitled to leave honest reviews of their experience. However, any libelous or defamatory statements that misrepresent the facts are a different matter, which I explained to you via email. Despite polite requests to correct factually incorrect claims, legal action was initiated to ensure these were addressed.
We’re proud of the service we provide to hundreds of satisfied members who manage their subscriptions seamlessly and engage positively with the platform. We understand that situations like these can be frustrating, but we have taken all reasonable steps to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.
