Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions Avis

Good sound technical advice, neat installation, good 'back' office support and all at a fair price..

Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our bungalow and installing solar panels on both the main house and our new extension, along with the inverter and batteries in the garage.
From the very start the whole Radiance team were professional, enthusiastic and clearly took real pride in their work. Communications before the job started were excellent, and Jonnie in particular supported and explained everything to us fully throughout the project.
They worked seamlessly with our builder, MN Groundworks and Construction, and were extremely accommodating to the site schedule. The team were polite, respectful of the building, and kept everything incredibly clean and tidy — there was never any materials or equipment left lying around. It was clear they use lean, well-organised practices.
The finished result looks fantastic. The solar panels and system not only work perfectly for the way we live, but they also look really appealing. Our neighbours have all commented on how good the new roof and solar installation looks, and several local people have remarked on how hard-working both the Radiance and MN Groundworks teams were while the work was being carried out.
Everything was neatly installed, set up and commissioned. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Highly recommended.

We decided to get a solar panel system to help save the planet and reduce our monthly bills. After getting various quotes from energy suppliers we contacted a local company Radianceres for a visit and a quote.Jonny was quick and efficient and answered all our questions without exaggerating the returns in power and money we would get.Their quote was on a par with the big firms but much better in terms of panel numbers and battery capacity to them.
A comprehensive quote was provided, with all the relevant Industry safeguards included so we went ahead with 10 on roof panels, inverter and a 11kw battery.
The office admin team were easy to contact and deal with and kept us informed on progress.
July - Installation was a dream, the crew (panel fitters and electricians)were efficient, tidy, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We fully recommend going local and giving Radianceres a chance to quote.

Im very happy with the work that was done. Radiance worked well with the roofing contractor and all work was done to a high standard and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service throughout .

Radiance were there at the beginning of my build and talked through what be beneficial for me as part of my new build, installation was great and due to circumstances that were not any issue of theirs the connection and commissioning was 2 yrs later, when the connection was available to them they still prioritised me and completed the works. The workmanship was excellent and would recommend them again,
I will definitely be using them again on my next project

Did an excellent job, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, great on site team and exceptional work ethic and quality delivered.

From start to finish the Guys and Girls were fantastic. The installation was done to the highest of standards. Would recommend to my Family and Friends.

Radiance installed roof mounted solar panels for us. The workmanship is of a very high quality and good value. The team is really friendly but professional too. Really pleased with the project and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radiance to others.

Great experience from start to finish. Given expert information and all details
Installation by a great team efficient, respectful and great workmanship
The whole company was a pleasure to deal with
Would have no hesitation to recommend

Our roof which was over 60 years old needed to be renewed and the cost saving option to install inbuilt solar panels at the same time was the reason we chose Radiance Reliance. Now that the work is finished, we would like to say, that all the Radiance staff we dealt with were very personable, excellent communicators and great to deal with from start to finish. The senior staff right through to the installation teams kept us up to speed with their progress as the job went on.

The system is up and running so here's hoping it produces the power it is designed to do. Despite the weather we have seen positive gains already.

We would recommend this Radiance team to anyone who wants solar panels installed and if anyone has an old roof like ours, it makes sense to get the roof redone with inbuilt solar panels.

Many thanks to everyone who worked so hard to ensure the job went smoothly.

From the first interaction for a quote, through to completion of the job, the Radiance team, services, comms and products were excellent. The installation from roof strip to the solar panels installed was 6 working days, in some poor weather conditions as well. Special thanks to the roof team and the electrical team, Cameron, Jack, Liam and Bob (Ethan) who were professional, with a great work ethic and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend Radiance Renenable Energy team for installation, setting up and energising a solar panel , EV charge point and battery storage system

Good local company I would definitely recommend for solar panels. Everything was great from start to finish and friendly, helpful bunch of lads.

Professional experience with Radiance, Johnny and Stuart are very helpful and knowledgeable. Chartered engineers so they know what they are talking about. The installation and test team were friendly and polite. Full design pack issued on completion. I’d have no issues using them again or recommending them to anyone.

From start of enquiry for solar - support & advice very good & system was tailored to our needs Once order placed kept informed and then work was carried out to good standard and within timescales . Very satisfied with all aspects of installation workmanship & quality solar PV system doing its stuff 👍 as projected .Thankyou

Brilliant service from giving me advice on what system I could introduce in my property. Installation was clean and quick with minimal fuss and the system is running brilliantly with instant savings on my electricity bill.

The team done an amazing job and I would be more than happy to recommend Radiance to anyone.

They are very professional and punctual and their knowledge gives you confidence.

The guys from Radiance were just amazing, Jonny and Stuart were knowledgeable, inclusive, problem solvers and clearly technical experts. The whole process from initial engagement to full system installed and commissioned was stress and problem free. The quality of the work has been very high on the installation.

Just had inset solar panels, inverter and battery installed by Radiance.
They have been a good company to deal with through the whole process of specification contract and installation.
Unlike some other companies that provided quotes they went to some trouble to devise a system that did what I wanted it to and at reasonable cost.
Installation was efficient and trouble free, and the system is now working well.
