Radwell International Avis 

Went to order an open box meter pan from them to find out they don’t have an open box meter pan in stock, so I purchased a new one from them, expecting it to go out that day it did not, waited 4 days and with no tracking Info sent and no item delivered I contacted them initially they didn’t know why it did not ship out 5 hrs later I had to spend another 30 min to call back, to find out that supposedly this meter had to ship freight and was an additional fee with a bad taste already in my mouth I cancelled the order, was told I needed an rma because the meter was already invoiced, when I didn’t see a pending return on my card I reached back out to get another rma confirming I ship the unit back to the right address, and them keeping half the shipping money. Mind you they never shipped the unit, I called again in disbelief how incompetent one company can be, to be told oh it was processed on Monday don’t worry about it accounting has to process the refund and it takes 7-10 days insult to injury the same meter pan sold locally half the damn cost I paid from them, just avoid these clowns even a broken clock is right twice a day the broken clock is more useful then these guys. Dealing with them is like doing business with a 5 year old at nap time.

I placed an order online yesterday morning, Thursday 9/3 at 11:40am PST to ship FEDEX PRTY-1 Nextday Air 9/3 for a customer emergency situation. The Radwell site showed 20-minutes to go remaining to ship same day via Air Freight. My order did not ship yesterday 9/3, but is shipping today Friday 9/4 by FEDEX Prty-1. With the Labor Day holiday on Monday 9/7, my customer will not receive this part until Tuesday 9/8 which is 4-calendar days of production time lost. My end customer is NOT happy with me.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. ORDERED AN URGENT DEVISE THAT WAS IN STOCK, FOR 3 WEEKES THEY HELD ME AND DIDN'T SEND IT. FINALLY ASKED FOR A RE FUND, IT HAS BEEN A WEEK NOW AND I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE MY FUNDS BACK. THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Constantly wrong on shipping and delivery dates. When the wrong version of a part arrives, they blame us. Combative and argumentative customer support. Claims things are in the terms and conditions, or part of a product description that are not, and when confronted they blame revamped websites.

Hicimos dos pedidos en la misma fecha, nos pidieron pago por adelantado.
La primera orden la vendieron como nueva y cuando llegó estaba en mal estado y era una pieza usada.
A día de hoy todavía no han devuelto el dinero.
La segunda orden tenía plazo de entrega de 3 a 5 días, dos semanas después de la orden me comunican que la pieza no pasó sus controles y cancelan la orden.
En resumen, tres semanas sin las piezas y sin el dinero invertido y con dos clientes para mi empresa disconformes.
También me gustaría mencionar que cada vez que los llamas misteriosamente no te escuchan luego no te contestan directamente o se pasan la pelota de un departamento a otro.
La representante de ventas Paola Lord completamente desentendida de la situación, con el sentido de urgencia totalmente nulo y experta en ganar tiempo para ellos y hacerlo perder al cliente. En definitiva no recomendable.

They won't notify you your purchase went through only to find out WEEKS later my order had shipped.. SCAM, FRAUD ALL OF IT. Customer service non existent or rude.

You can call customer service give them all the information you have, seems they say ok and pick whatever is easiest to bill you for. When it shows up as a wrong part ex[ect to be charged 15 to 40% restocking charge. Radwell takes no pride insuring you get the right part. I am sure they make more money in their restocking charges,

I placed an order with Radwell International Inc. on February 13, 2026 for two thermostats priced at $164 each.

After I completed checkout, an additional warranty was added, bringing the total for the items to $328. I needed the parts urgently and was told they could arrive within 24 hours. I agreed to a $50 expedited shipping fee, which I understood. However, I was then charged an additional $50 for “shipping and handling” on top of that.

With taxes included, the total became significantly higher than expected.

It has now been 7–8 days, and the order is still nowhere in sight. I have contacted the company multiple times, but representatives have been unhelpful and have even hung up during calls.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The unexpected added charges and lack of customer service have been extremely disappointing.

This place is terrible. I ordered parts a few weeks ago, and they never arrived. I had to get ahold of them, just for them to tell me they no longer make the part and they canceled my order without telling me. The worst part is, they didn't stop making the part, Radwell just stopped supplying it. They have clueless/ stoned employees working the phones. This company is the biggest joke in the industry.

Radwell advertises parts they no longer have or can't provide. I was waiting on parts for over 3 months only to find out they had canceled my order without notice. If I had known I would have kept looking. Now I have to start over looking for parts I needed 4 months ago.

Sold me a part advertised as "refurbished" ... had to pay by Proforma invoice even though I had dealt with them in the past.
Sneaky of them, as the board arrived and was missing components, not even functional.
They were quick to organise the courier to collect the faulty part, and said they had to inspect it before issuing refund.
It was collected by them on 10/11/25 . RMA 19312878. Now my emails requesting an update on refund are being ignored. I have 2 of their email addresses copied on my follow up requests, so they are just plain ignoring me.
Needless to say they are on our company blacklist now...

Sold something they did not even possess waited a week to send me an email telling me that they didn't have the part all the while the furnace that I ordered the part for was inoperable in the middle of winter no heat I feel foolish that I did not read the reviews before I purchased from this terrible company. If you're reading this review you've already figured out this is a terrible terrible company to deal with.

I am writing this review as a severe warning to other businesses, especially those with critical deadlines, to think twice before relying on Radwell International.

Our company placed Order #18397790 (R-1544) for a component that was crucial for a larger €20,000 shipment to our client. From the beginning, Radwell's service was nonexistent unless we initiated contact. They were consistently silent and provided updates only when chased aggressively.

The timeline of broken promises speaks for itself:

On August 8th, a representative named William Madeley promised a shipment date of August 22nd.

When that date passed with no update, we followed up. On September 1st, Mr. Madeley then promised a new date of September 9th.

That date also passed without a shipment or a tracking number. On September 10th, the only update was that they "still had not received the units" from their supplier.

To add insult to injury, after a two-week silence following my last warning, I have just received another email from Radwell. They have now offered a new, astonishingly late shipment date of November 5th, 2025. This is for an order that was originally made in May, promised for August. This confirms the cycle of empty apologies and impossible deadlines, proving they have no control over their supply chain or respect for their customers' time.

This catastrophic delay and complete lack of proactive communication caused our client to cancel the entire order. As a direct result, we are now left with €20,000 worth of other components that we cannot ship, causing significant financial damage to our company.

Despite William Madeley's titles of "Customer Satisfaction Coordinator" and empty promises like "I will not rest until I have a clear update," the reality is a cycle of apologies and false information. Radwell International demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' businesses. Their service is a liability.

I cannot in good conscience recommend them to any serious enterprise.

They canceled the order 3 weeks later. After that, I’ve been spending another 3 weeks trying to get my money back, but nobody answers, they’re always busy…

This site is very misleading. Absolutely nightmare experience buying very common parts. Was shipped knockoffs at a premium price. They will not except the return. Currently, blacklisted by the organization I work for because of my recommendation and you should blacklist them too.

I contacted radwell for repairs of item
They quoted a estimate for cost i say no
Then they say we can sell to you a similar item for same cost as the repair of my Electronics
I say yes I would interested
Month went by no response no item to purchase not satisfied with customer service
