My son bought a car following his being written off and the whole experience really helped him as his confidence had taken a knock. Nothing was too much trouble and when we spotted a couple of marks on a door when we went to collect the car, Rich agreed to get the car back in. The car has now been back in and all rectified. Such a seamless, non-pushy, friendly experience of buying a new car.

I purchased a car from this garage on the 2/1/23 and a week later the car developed engine issues. They didn’t offer a local repair option, I live 50 miles away and the car wasn’t able to travel that far without risk of breaking down. I have incurred serious costs to get the car driveable and have asked for a refund under the Consumer Credit Act and they have refused. I will now need to seek reimbursement through the Court.

Cannot fault Rainford Cars at all. They were fantastic from start to finish when purchasing our new car.

We had already found the car we wanted through auto trader and went to see it the next day, from the moment I arrived Rich & Jamie couldn’t have been more helpful and in no way pushy sales type which was reassuring. A true family run car sales, the customer experience is everything to them.

After taking the car for a test drive our concern over a noise was taken seriously and we were reassured that everything will be taken care of. Completing the paperwork etc was all easy and straightforward and even gave my son some chocolate whilst we completed it all. 😁 I was also kept informed throughout.

When the time came to collect the car we were reassured again that the noise was taken car off and they were confident enough that they extended the warranty to put us at ease.

I really cannot fault them, the car is amazing, everything I wanted and more.

Where to start with this one! How about I didn't proceed with my purchase ( My bad / am regretful for sure )

So after looking for a certain Citroen for several months - I finally find one via Rainford Cars Ellesmere Port, several Tel. calls / Txt 'tennis' with Rich and a deal was struck, deposit paid, car sent for MOT / Service as per Rainford's Brill customer service - their ethos being, they aim for 110% customer satisfaction whilst being fully committed to keeping You / Me on the road.

Worth pointing out - Rainford's many positive reviews speak for themselves - My own experience with Rich. proved to be nothing short of the same.

Now ...... The Citroen failed it's MOT ( 14yr old car ) Some advisories that worried my Wife and after lots of soul searching - the decision was made to NOT go ahead with the purchase, I dreaded the Tel. call to Rainford's / Rich. in particular as the car had now passed it's MOT and was in the service stage .........

Long story short, many advisory site's state that a Car deposit cannot be refunded based on the preparation that ( in my case ) Rich had put into the Car. Rich couldn't hide his disappointment as he knew ( having driven it ) just how good the car was / how well it was going to serve me .........

As for the deposit - I did ask for it back, having never heard of none refundable deposits - Rich could clearly tell I was under additional 'pressure' to cancel my purchase - Hence Rich made an executive decision! He would re-sell the car, such was his confidence in it and post sale - would refund my deposit in full, Car sold within days, true to his word, Rich refunded me in full. Phew!!!

Tis' like 'Ghostbusters'! Want a Fab. used Car with great customer service ........ Who Ya' gonna call? Why Rainford Cars of course and make absolutely sure You ask for Rich! ( Did I mention the free home delivery !!! )

Excellent service from start to finish.
I went to buy one car and ended buying two, that’s how happy I was with the service received from Rich and the rest of the guys. As I work until 17:30 I arranged to view a car out of the normal business hours. I looked around the car and agreed a deal dependant on a few pieces of work being completed. When the car was being prepared they found it needed a new turbo, they’d already made me aware that the car wasn’t driving properly and took care of everything that was needed before completing the deal. Excellent throughout.

Awful customer service. Repeated problems with the car purchased and just getting promises to fix instead of any actual work done. Going round in circles and getting fobbed off by the “talk the talk” man in charge. Not happy at all.
