SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered headphones from them in October and still do not have them in January. Keep getting the runaround on tracking info. Every day I get another email or Facebook ad for the same product which they NEVER DELIVER. I buy things online all the time and have never had an experience this bad.

No stars these people are thieves and liars. I received the product VHS to digital and it doesn't work. They refuse to issue a refund because it is more than 30 days from the order, the fact that it took more than 30 days to get to me seems to be irrelevant

Horrible customer service ordered the product in October still haven’t received it in January! Don’t buy anything from this company.

Ordered the VHS to video almost a month ago and all I been getting is the run around. These jerks should be in jail. And I found after wards I could of bought the same item for 5.00 and I paid them 35.00.my fault for not checking out other places. WISH. COM has the same things and more for a lot less and you get it on time...

I had to choose 1 star, if I could choose 0 I would.

I think the employees here are on meth or just simply r e t a r d e d.
I have asked for a refund SEVERAL times.

They keep emailing asking for my address after they screwed it up to begin with.

12 September 2018 I ordered a Genius Voice Recorder from Rama Deals on the understanding that I would receive the item within 14 - 21 days to record an event I was about to attend. I paid $48.94 via PayPal. The item took 46 days to arrive from China. I had bought a Sony recorder off the shelf from PC World by that time so I refused to accept delivery of the Genius Voice Recorder. I complained to PayPal who surprisingly rejected my complaint. I started attaching unfavourable comments to all Rama Deals adverts I received via Facebook. 29 December I received a refund minus cost of postage.

Worst EVER. I have been dealing with them since October 2018 as well. I placed my order, they took their money, and said from the time of order it would be 4-6 weeks. After numerous emails since I can’t find a number for these people, I finally was told that the headphones were shipped and to refuse the order as they can’t cancel it and then I would get my credit. Well that didn’t happen. December 6, 2018 received email with tracking number stating they would be delivered 14-21 days from the date of the email. Tracking number is invalid. About few emails asking where my credit is nothing except an auto reply. I don’t know if people noticed that if you look on their site all the awesome reviews are done on the same date, October 23, 2018. I wrote a review took screen shots showing that they received it though I am sure it will not be posted.

I got a pair of wireless ear buds for my son for Christmas. One heated up upon charging and worked for one evening. The next day it would not work. I have been on customer service with them back and forth four times and they are unwilling to provide the information needed to return the item (I have asked each time for a return address and they do not provide it). They asked me to take a picture or a video, which I did, then proceeded to disregard that they have received it, requesting each time for it once again. At this point, I will stick with one working earbud and not risk sending my return to an address where I have no guarantee of ever receiving a refund or exchange for the product. Their customer service is the poorest I have seen in a company in my lifetime, and that says a lot!

I have been dealing with them since Oct. 2018. I have sent 13 emails and still no refund. I tried to cancel the order, but the first lie was it was already shipped. Then they said refuse the package and we will get the shipping info and issue a refund. They have not told even one truth. What can a person do about a thing like this????

Ordered the VHS to Digital from them, got the emails stating the product had been shipped, from Canada, took several weeks to get a tracking update, send email to Rama Deals, then saw the tracking was updated and the product was in Germany, called credit card company today, to report this fraudulent site. I am with the people who would like to pursue a class action against these people that destroy the reputation on many legit online merchants. These evil people need to be stopped.

I bought back brace which did not matched what was advertised and they refuse refund. They are just a scammer. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Horrendous!!!!! There was not an option for no stars. Do not buy from this company. The product is awful- I bought a magic toy truck and it looks like something from a charity shop. The item was poorly made, and there was even a spelling mistake on the outer box (which arrived battered!) They will not cover postage and it will cost me a further £22 to return it (the same as I paid for the product). Stay away, do not touch this company.

I ordered the wrong one unknowing to me back in in the beginning of August when I received it and realized it would not work with my phone. I sent numerous emails to them saying that it didn’t work and that I wanted to return it. When they finally answered me after more than a month They asked me numerous time for the same information over and over which each time I gave them. That’s when they said that they talked to their manager who offered me 20% off price if willing to keep it. Why would I keep something that didn’t work with my phone . I finally rd is ed the information of where to send it back and to send them an email with tracking number in it which I did. In October still not receiving a refund I tracked the shipment myself Nd it said the “the item was delivered to an individual at the address that I was given at 11:24am on September 24th 2018 As of today I still have not received my refund and have gotten my bank involved because it was a credit card from them. I would be very cautious if you do decide to order from this company I feel like they are frauds and have reported them to the better business bureau

I ordered a peek a boo Terry bear from these scam artists. It doesn't work and is a fire hazard. The batteries get so hot they burnt my hand. Could you imagine giving this too a baby. There has too be a way too stop these people.

I don’t even remember through what site I found these earpods (maybe FB?) but it said products normally ships in 2 days (from where, I don’t know) but it took over a month to get to me and when it arrived, it didn’t even work. I emailed them from the beginning when it took so long to arrive and again when the pods didn’t sync correctly. They replied to me twice to give me instructions (like I’m stupid) they wanted video of what I did and why it didn’t work. By this time, I’m so tired of the tagging back and forth, I asked for an address to return the item. They kept stalling and told me I can get a different product they carry (no thanks). I said I appreciate the gesture but I would just like an address for the return. They just emailed me back saying they have a 30 day return policy so they regret any inconveniences and hope I understand. They are such scams, I don’t know why they are allowed to sell on the internet. Why are there no regulations against these frauds?

Would not buy anything from this company again. The product I ordered (wireless ear buds) was not the product I received. Instead they sent me a much cheaper, inferior product than what was pictured on their advertisement. Even when I sent them pictures of what they advertised and what I received they insisted they sent me what I ordered. Don’t trust them or any of the products they advertise.

I ordered the Magic Toy Truck 4 pack back in October. I finally received a single toy truck, contacted them through email and it sounded like they were going to correct the error. Now all I get is the same canned email response. I've asked for a refund and still just get the canned email response. It's amazing how this place can stay in business and how little recourse we have.

My worst experience in on-line shopping. I am really reluctant to purchase anything on-line anymore.
I ordered a Christmas decoration laser light, I received a product that did not work and was not the same of what I ordered.
I requested a replacement for what I ordered and, after two months of back and forth emails, I received a replacement which was not, again, what I had originally ordered.
Customer Service is the worst around, they just have standard replies for customers’ emails and, it appears, they are not concerned about customers and don’t even read or understand what’s the issues in the emails of dissatisfaied customers.

I placed an order with them for ear buds ,and after so many emails sent to them inquiring about my order with a very late reply . the order finally arrived yesterday ( it took a month ) I was surprised to find that the ear buds only one is working at the same time .It is Hard to pair them with your phone . Very bad experience ,and the poorest customer service you will ever get .

Terrible company ,do not buy anything from them.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The wireless earbuds came and one side the volume was so low and they never paired at the same time. The instructions were incomplete and in broken English. Absolute junk. When I wanted a refund, 27 emails later, some telling me to choose an item of the same value exactly (there was nothing I wanted at that exact price). When I chose two items that were $1 more and told them to just charge me the difference, they said they can't do that. They will refund when I send the product back, but it'll cost me $17 (the lowest price available) in order to get $24 back. The products are dollar store quality and their reviews on the website are fake.
