I have ordered from this company several times now, for my 3 semi-feral cats, and they absolutely love it, clean bowls every time.
I had an issue with the delivery of my latest order and rang up to try to get it sorted, and I have to say I received the best customer service I have ever had from a raw food company. My call was answered by Kay herself, who could not have been more helpful, and got my order replaced and sent out immediately, it arrived safely today.
I can certainly see why this company are so highly rated, great food, at a great price, and great customer service. I look forward to many years of great quality food for my ferals. Thank you 🐱

What can I say, my dog kept having runny poos I researched and researched and came across this company compared to others the food is reasonably priced and it’s locally made in uk so I thought I would give it a try. I started my dog on it slowly little by little till he was completely on this as his main food twice daily, it has transformed him his coat is so shiny and he has had no runny poos.

The food comes conveniently packed in plastic containers which you store in the freezer and then defrost as needed my boy has just under a full container a day split between 2 feeds he absolutely loves it.

I have been a customer for a few years now and the customer service is excellent. My dogs love the food, even my fussy poodle and it is reasonably priced. No problems with delivery either. I recommend Raw Made Simple if you haven't tried it.

My 18 month old Norfolk terrier had been suffering from colitis. He was sluggish had frequent bouts of diarrhoea and his breath could knock out an elephant 🐘. Within 2 weeks of changing to the 100% rabbit from Raw Food his symptoms have gone and he is full of energy and naughtiness. A brilliant product. Thank you

We swapped our puppy onto Raw food to try improve her gut health as kibble just wasn’t right for her! Initially we struggled a little with finding a flavour she liked, she is a little fussy! We messaged the team and Kay and received a phone call from Kay who was more then helpful in assisting us to find what may work for our puppy and went out of her way to offer her experience and knowledge to us to help with giving Mabel everything she needs to grow healthy and strong.
Her poor digestion and gas has now completely disappeared, she’s full of energy and can’t wait for her food!

So a big thank you for making our journey a little easier! Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of starting their dog on raw food!

Great products great prices & reliable delivery & my pup loves them.

The quality of the food is very good. My dog likes may different flavours. The Tupperware boxes are easily stacked in the freezer, however they often come very badly damaged: split bodies, cracked lids. I can only presume they are damaged in transit, and once they thaw they then leak.
Can you do anything to reduce this issue? The product is so very good.
