Raymour & Flanigan - Abington Avis 

Purchased a tempur-pedicure mattress and adjustable base, was led to believe by retail staff that entire bed purchase was refundable up to 120 days. After testing out bed for 30 days, we tried to return the Adjustable base which we decided cost more than we actually utilized it. Apparently only mattresses are returnable, but that was not what we were led to believe during purchase. Beware this Raymour and Flanagan for being deceptive and sheisty - they certainly neglected to emphasize that the base was not returnable as we were forthcoming about needing a bed we could return/replace. Staff person August had an attitude, was not receptive to our astonishment that the adjustable base was non-returnable. Will not be returning to Raymour and Flanagan again.

I ordered my dresser at a good price and that was pretty smooth but i did not see an option to schedule the delivery and it is being delivered on a day that doesnt work for me. I left a message with the service but have not heard back so honestly its premature for me to review but at this point I think that you need to improve on that aspect of customer service

My wife and I just purchased a new home, and we visited the Raymour & Flanigan store located in Abington, PA, last night. We have been to this location several times to buy a single piece of furniture, but not multiple items at once. We have always been treated fairly by all staff. We had a great experience last night at Raymour & Flanigan, Abington. Marianna was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—she made the process easy without any pressure. Buying a new mattress can be a little overwhelming; however, not with Marianna guiding the way. Manager August was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish as well. We spent just under 10K; however, we feel very confident in our choices thanks to their guidance and the short-term, zero-interest financing terms. It’s rare to get this level of service on a large purchase. Highly recommend this team and location. We will be back again to see Marianna and August for sure. You should do the same if you need furniture

He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, and professional while actively listening to all of my preferences & answering my many questions. I couldn't have asked for a more positive purchasing experience. When it's time to make another furniture purchase, I will most certainly seek him out!

I purchased a chair at the store in Jenkintown. Pa. The chair was not delivered as scheduled. Once delivered the legs were unleveled. The customer service department is unprofessional. They do not answer the telephone nor do they return calls. I asked for a refund and was refused based on their policy once delivered no returns. I will never purchase anything from Raymour and Flannigan ever again. I have wasted my money on this purchase. I will be notifying corporate headquarters. I did not want to give any stars. I do not appreciate the company sending me an inferior product.

First I’d like to talk about the Platinum protection plan, if you don’t get it, you may regret it. Two years into buying our sofa, our granddaughter spilled nail polish on our leather recliner and then tried to clean it up with nail polish remover, needless to say, that didn’t end so well, however, we were insured and were able to get a new sofa the same or one of equal or greater and so we did. Get the insurance. The customer service was great in informing us on how to use the insurance and made it available within days of our claim. When we went to choose another sofa, we were met by this beautiful spirit named Fatima. Fatima was so very patient with us and really helped us to navigate what worked best in our space. She showed us different color choices and materials and we have been to several furniture stores and have never had such a phenomenal experience. She, Fatima brought paintings down from the wall and put them together with our furniture so that we could see what it would look like in our new home. She really made the shopping experience painless, fun even. Give that girl a raise!
