I have been looking for a Blue lift chair for several months in stores, on the Internet but nothing turned
me on until I met Tim at the door at Raymours and he
took me to the area where the chairs were. I saw the
Blue Microfiber and knew it was a chair for me. It had so many up and down features and has heat and an adjustable head rest and it was the chair for me.
Tim was great and showed me a few other things I
was interested in and I know I will be back. The only
negative about the visit was my fall near the front door but again the staff was great in providing assistance. Thank you Raymour and Flanagan

We recently made several trips to R&F to furnish a new great room. The room had been a dream in the making, and we wanted to fill it with the perfect furniture. Well, we found it at R&F! Our sales associate was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and was by our side the entire time, making the transaction easy and satisfying. The merchandise available was perfect and we furnished the entire room, including the rug, from R&F. There is no need to look anywhere else (and we did, before R&F) for furniture and furnishings. This is quality merchandise!

The salesman was low pressure but very helpful. There were lots of mattresses to compare, which was nice.

The two gentlemen who delivered were quick, thorough and friendly.

I ordered 3 more chairs for my kitchen. I was talking to Dylan V on chat. Now I cannot contact him and I wanted to make sure that the info of mine is being handled properly and not disclosed to anyone else.

Our salesman Jerry Baldassaro was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to advise us on our purchase.

We were amazed to have such great knowledgeable sales person and the customer service was superior than we could ever expect. Honestly, we had the very best experience choosing a lift recliner with the extra features needed by my husband who has health problems and is some disabled. He loves the recliner and is so comfortable and he sleeps better in it. I wouldn't believe a lift recliner with so many positions and even heat would make such a difference in his quality of life. The customer service went out of their way to help and on top of this the price was far less than we expected to pay AND delivery was the next day and that was important because he needed it now, not in some number of weeks in the future.

Salesperson (Mike Capuano) was patient, knowledgable . Asked questions about my sleep preference an his suggestions. Also got me in a payment plan that works. Thank you again Mike!

Kevin and Bryan recently delivered my replacement couch pieces under the platinum warranty that I purchased with the sectional pull out queen sofa. I have been waiting on the parts for my couch since August. I was excited to finally have my couch repaired until there were some service hiccups and delays. However, Kevin and Brian (Albany Ny, delivery dept) went above and beyond by not only puting the couch together for me but they also removed the old couch pieces. They saved me loads of frustration and time. This is why I continue to shop at this store.

Sales Associate incompetent and not interested in customer service. knew which mattress wanted to purchase due to only two extra firms in my price range. Verified online mattress in store so I could try. ErikacPresher upset with sales cause not interested in extra protection for mattress. Resulted in sales with no warrantee info for manufacturer left on my own. Go to bobs better service they value customers.

Erika was absolutely fantastic. From the time my wife daughter and I walked into the showroom to helping us along the process and helping us find the perfect couch. Very knowledgeable, gave us our space in the showroom but helped us with any questions we had. Great location, great customer service. Erika along with the rest of the staff have a new customer for life!

Rebecca was very helpful, pleasant, courteous and showed me exactly what I wanted. It was a very easy experience and it was my first purchase at R&F, but it won't be my last.

Store has a lot of beautiful furniture and helpful sales people

Store sales person was right there to see if I needed any help and pointed me in the exact spots to purchase my furniture needs.
The delivery person (Gary) was right on time and my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. The entire delivery process was maybe 15 minutes. Very professional service from purchase to delivery.

My experience was great Alison was super helpful with my purchases and excellent customer service She realized I had some mobility concerns and provided us with a wheelchair Very thoughtful!
