Raymour & Flanigan - Albany Latham Avis 

I found this experience and purchase of a mattress very efficient and satisfactory. I have purchased items from R and F in the past and always had a good experience. The deliveries were flawless.
It is my go to store!

Was greeted professionally and taken care of , salesman was great and helpful. Purchased what I wanted and was very happy I came to this store.

I received this reclining love seat on March 3rd and have been calling ever since to complain. I cannot believe that you sell such a poor quality of furniture.
I am very disappointed and will never buy anything in the Ashley line again.
I am ordering a higher quality product and cannot wait for you to take this piece out of my house.
This was a hard lesson to learn but I would not reccomend this furniture to anyone.

Too fast. I wanted to be by myself for a bit and explore by myself but the sales agent greeted me immediately ( which is fine) but took me directly to what I came in for and I felt rushed to make a decision until I asked for time to think. He was courteous , kind and overly attentive. He got the job done but next time in I’m gonna say I’m just looking. Love my née mattress.

Quick and efficient sales person! All seemed to go well except person scheduling delivery never put me on list for date I was told. When no one called to confirm, I was told that I was not on list. Wasted a day waiting for nothing. Going to store tomorrow to get delivery confirmation in writing. Bedding is for a handicapped person..really need the items!

I have shopped for most of my furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and have always had a great experience and delivery experience. This time around the store was great but delivery was disappointing. I was supposed to be called the morning of with a 3 hour timeframe and was not. I then called the store around noon and was told they would reach out to the manager of the delivery team and have them contact me with an update for a time for delivery, no call. Usually in the past I would get a call the night before with my window and then the delivery guys would call when they were 20 minutes away. This time no calls and they just showed up at the door with my mattress. Didn’t want to see where it was going first or remove the old mattress first. I had no prior notice when they were coming so I had to run around the house to put my cats in a secure room so they wouldn't run out of my house into a busy road. Because we didn’t get prior notice this was an added burden on my husband who is disabled. I appreciate during a pandemic that the delivery took less then 5 minutes and they did wear masks but I had absolutely no time to prepare for their arrival. It would have been nice to get a call even 5 minutes away so I could be ready for when they came.

Chelsea was great. She knew what I was looking for and helped me find it!!

Our salesperson was extremely patient with us, as we tested out every mattress in the store before we selected the one we wanted on our second visit. Listened to our comments and complaints about each product as we moved along, too. Really great experience.
