Raymour & Flanigan - Allentown Avis 

I chose this particular sofa bed as a gift, because the delivery date said 3-5 days. Your store is literally ONE MILE from the delivery point. I was not contacted as promised after I made the purchase. Today when I called once again, I was told that the ETA is 21 days out and that I'll be contacted "once the pieces are in." Your retention rate is low for a reason. It's a dishonest business practice used to trick a customer into buying before they find out the real ETA. Delivery costs are expensive. I'd have told her to find a truck, but you don't even have the inventory. Unbelievable.

My experience was very positive. My purchase was an on line purchase and Johnny was very helpful in answering my questions and navigating the purchase.

Ordered mattress 8/10/23. Web site said OneDay delivery. On receipt says 1-2 wks. Tried tracking order and it says cannot find order. I had 2 different order numbers, so I tried both. Still "cannot find this order." Your chatbot is a total stall tactic, it ended my chat before I could finish. None of the options were what I needed. There is no way to contact the store, so I will go in tomorrow 8/21. Also on receipt it states there are no refunds or cancelations! You charged my Visa card! I will also be contacting my Bank about this tomorrow. "One day delivery" must mean, one day it will get here?

R&F should review their delivery policy/ fees. As I shop for the balance of furniture I need, I will be adding $150 to your best price to cover delivery charges. Knowing of this fee prior to investing my time selecting this piece, I would have most likely chosen a different company. Since time is my most valuable asset, short of walking out and starting over I agreed to the fee. It is common in today's environment that free delivery is included.

Jonathan made all the difference. The moment we entered the store, he greeted us with smiling face and clearly understood exactly what we were looking for. He guided us and showed all the furniture to meet our needs. At any time we didn’t feel any pressure. But when we needed him, he was there. Thank to him, we made excellent choices and we are extremely pleased with it. He was very polite and pleasant and made us very comfortable. It was really a pleasant experience for us.
