Almost lost a sale.
I was greeted by a salesperson within 10 minutes of my arrival. He stated that he was just finishing with a customer and would be right back. After 30 minutes, I saw the salesman working with another customer. I guess he could not find me! I decided to leave and was asked on my way out if someone could be of assistance. Nathan was the salesperson that ended up assisting me. You almost lost a sale!

We got to pay extra for their mistake
We ordered a sectional and the corner piece was the wrong one. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. What really made me lose faith in this store was when they charged us shipping for the correct piece to be delivered. I am waiting to speak with someone there to get it corrected and I will remove this review if they pay back the delivery. If not, this will not be the last place I put a negative review. We are also still waiting for a $100 credit card the manager promised and haven't seen that. It's too bad because we are going to purchase the matching ottoman and a mattress, but at this juncture, it won't be through them.

The sales woman was helpful but not…
The sales woman was helpful but not over bearing which when dealing with my 74 year old father and helping him pick a power lift chair is a big deal for me. He got the chair he wanted and I got the relief I wanted. Thank you to the staff at the N. Attleboro store!

Kevonne gave us a great mattress buying…
Kevonne gave us a great mattress buying experience. We went to several furniture stores before going Raymour & Flanigan Attleboro. Sometimes we were ignored. At one place the salesman was condescending and robotic. After he asked me my bed size and I told him king, he asked, "Are you sure?" Kevonne listened to what I wanted and what I had for a budget. Using that knowledge and a friendly sense of humor, he showed us mattresses and made the sale. We left there feeling happy. The mattress is fantastic.
