Grant Freeman, Store manger is exceptional in his service and most knowledgeable. He impressed me by focusing and addressing MY concerns. He had a genuine ability to understand my and listen to my specific needs. He introduced a product option that would work for me. Worse store experience ever, order elsewhere or online
Salespeople were busy and didn't know the products well enough and failed to tell me so much info that would have helped me make a better decision. Plus Raymour and Flannigans rules are antiquated. No returns, no changes on mattresses, charge too much for protection coverage, every salesperson gave a different story and one complained to me the company doesn't listen to them re the customers complaints. I would never shop there again. I haven't been this unhappy with a purchase and company and untrained sales help ever

Mason swept in and saved the day! Actively listened to what we needed, asked about price point, and then proceeded to show us 2/3 options. Using his patience and knowledge not to overwhelm us, we were able to make two confident, thoughtful purchases totaling almost $2,500. My Mother also made a purchase of almost $1,000 as well with his assistance! We would definitely recommend Mason and Raymour, & Flanigan

Along with being present and giving space to make your own choices of product. The Elmira branch its self was extremely clean and set up nicely with accents playing off furniture lines and throws were matching to feel inviting to certain pieces of furniture. Very nice layout and flow. Very pleasant shopping experience.
