had a gift card from previous poor…
had a gift card from previous poor service but would not honor it as it was expired. was told they could take my old mattress if it had no rips or tears... it didnt but they refused to take it. the delivery people did move it to garage and were prompt with their delivery window which was appreciated and keeps this score at 3 rather than 2.

My wife and I have been customers for years at your place. Our salesman Mark Cronin took care of us for years and is no longer there. On August first we met with Phil Mosher for new furniture. He was excellent! Took good care of us and answered all our questions plus more. Very satisfied to have Phil now as our go to guy. Will be pleased and anxious to work with Phil again!
