My salesman is Anthony, I bought a sofa a year ago and just bought a chair. All questions answered and such a friendly attitude. He makes shopping a fun experience. And the chair is a great addition to the sofa! Thanks

The manager who arranged delivery exchange
The Manager who arranged for delivery of our exchange gave us inaccurate information telling us that Beauty Rest no longer offered a box spring, but the printout he gave us showed that Beauty Rest did indeed offer a box spring. Also, some of my questions were replied with, “I don’t know.” This Manager should have known or he should have asked other store associates. At the end when he asked my husband to sign 2 separate papers, he didn’t take the time to explain to him what he was signing. This was not good customer service. That’s why I gave 2 stars.

Only complaint
My only complaint -/- I was surprised to have a $89+ charge for delivery. Have been a customer of Raymour & Flanigan for a number of years and didn’t expect that. Will have to take that into consideration before my next furniture purchase

Excellent sales assistance from Greg…
Excellent sales assistance from Greg Beveridge at the Brick store. He quickly took us to what we were looking for and also explained their excellent mattress assortment. Chair will be delivered tomorrow! . Their delivery charges are very high but the sales consultants do not have control over those.
