Very helpful
My wife and I went into the store for a dining room table. However, it quickly turned into a work trip and I needed a bedroom set. Will was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding exactly what was needed (for work). My wife and I also ended up purchasing a new dining room set through Will.

The fake coupons that never work …
The fake coupons that never work are a turnoff. i.e. the 10% off in store which doesn’t exist and the salesman says it’s only to bring people in. And the $25 off that you can’t use from an email offer. Other than that, I like the furniture.

I Just passed the 5 year warranty I…
I Just passed the 5 year warranty I purchased on a kitchen set and the chairs are wobbly and unsafe. Called about this and they would not help in any way unless I paid to have them come out. If the furniture was such “high quality” as they claim this would never happen in the first place.
