Salesperson was very helpful showing us various selections around the store. She was very friendly and courteous.

Everything was clean and we had a no pressure sales experience.

Jim spent a great deal of time giving me information and answering my questions, which helped me feel confident that I chose the right mattress. He was also very professional and polite. He made buying a mattress a fun experience

Dan was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I had to come back to the store because I lost my phone and Dan had the patience of a saint and he didn’t give up until we found it.

Julie Trocchia was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She was a pleasure to work with.

Jim was a great salesman when we visited on Saturday night. Provided all of the info we needed on recliners and Ann Marie finalized the sale for us when we returned on Sunday. It was a great experience.

Dean was terrific. He went out of his way to try and help and gave us our space when we needed to discuss our options
He was very knowledgeable and patient and we would buy firm again from him

Knowledgeable salesperson and the ability to see furniture u close.

Ease of purchase and pickup. The only issue was a broken door latch I had to fix, some glue or such on the end needs to be removed with razor, and rear support was made from knotty wood (knot fell apart), fixable, but I should not have to. Overall a nice piece, wish more care was taken when constructed/assembled for a $500+ console cabinet.

Dot and Bernie have been amazing to work with. We had an issue trying to do a phone order for our pool and they did an amazing job making it work out for us diligently following up with us each day! Great store and will be back for more!

Sales help is always extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I would rate them 5 stars.
That said, being a regular customer and furnishing my home exclusively R&F , I would expect some loyalty perks. Free delivery? Special sales? I think the company needs to better appreciate loyal return customers.

I have purhased all my furniture at Raymour and Flanigan I have a high credit limit with Raymour and Flanigan. I entered the store one day with my dog, which I have done numerous times. I just wanted to see an item. I was told to leave by the manager who said my dog growled. This was not true my dog has been in training since 4 months of age for therapy service. She has never growled at anyone. Most recently I proceeded to try to buy the item online. It went on sale but the delivery charge tripled. Today the sale price changed again, it was higher than it was two days ago and the delivery charge doubled. Raymour and Flanigan plays games with their pricing and charge way too much for delivery. I'm very disappointed I have been a long-standing customer but have decided to seek Furniture elsewhere between being treated poorly and the prices continually fluctuating all over the map, I've lost faith. I don't remember the exact date the manager threw us out but the price straggling has been going on for the last week or two or more
