The experiencce was easy and relaxed. I was not pressured to consider anything other than what I was there for. The salesperson (Tom) answered all my questions. Overall I will return to R&F when I am considering purchase of furniture.

Actually I almost left the store
Actually I almost left the store, as no one paid any attention to me during the first ten minutes I was there. Then, as Walter S. was walking past me, I said somewhat in frustration, "This is unbelievable"! And he immediately paid complete attention to what I needed and showed me all the available mattresses in the store and allowed me to try them out.

I went to the store to make a change in my order as the bed I ordered was too big for the space, customer service at the store helped me order a different bed quickly and efficiently. Best experience in a furniture store in a long time.
