Quick personal attention by a friendly, personal and knowledgeable sales agent.
The only thing that would have made my mattress purchase better would have been not being charged $99 for a 30 day return contract. Other companies have a far more competitive return offering.

The saleswoman who helped me understood immediately what I’m looking for. She was nice courteous. I got exactly what I was after. The whole thing took less than 10 min. And you got a real happy customer. She was fantastic!!!

No in store display
The sales person was good, but the couch that I really wanted to see is not displayed in store. Why put options on the website that you can't see in store?

Excellent range and super customer service
We went in to the store for a quick browse. We ended up spending over 90 minutes there with the wonderful Jackie who could not have been more helpful or patient or engaging. My husband, daughter and myself were all really struck by how incredibly patient and knowledgeable Jackie was. Everyone in the store was great, the range available was impressive and Jackie was the best.

Got a wonderful, life changing swivel/ rocking chair. How did I live before? These chairs are so comfy. R snd F have several of them. Get one!

Affordable, Reliable and Good Design
Was looking for a transitional dinning room set that matched both my boyfriend and mine design esthetic and fit in our NYC sized apt. Raymour and Flanigan had an affordable, apartment sized table and chairs that fit the bill. The online searching tools were well thought out and easy to navigate. The company kept us informed every step of the way. I find them to have excellent customer service. I haven't received the product yet but I hope it to be a good value for the money.
