Easy to purchase on internet. The delivery was on point and the delivery men were very professional.

not sure how there are so many great reviews, but my experience was very different.
I was doing a return so I guess due to "no commission" my reception was mediocre both at entry and at the service desk. Thank God for actual customer service with Ms. Kayon (hope I spelt the name correctly). The micoaggression from the "light" skinned female was remarkable (only because she is working in a black/brown community)..anyway..definitely a 0 star experience..raymour please teach your staff not to treat people based on how much money they think people have in their pocket, but instead treat people the way they would want to be treated...

Hi, my husband and I went to Raymour & Flanigan for a dining room table and buffet. After looking on their website we saw many items. We chose the Co-Op City store location and was greeted by Sales Associate Terri-Ann. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Definitely professional on every level; stayed with us and she was not over zealous nor uninvolved. She helped us decide by presenting different views to give us a good picture of what we were was buying—and I’m so glad she did.
We purchased a beautiful set and I am thrilled!…It is so gorgeous in my home!—We Love It!

The guy that attended to me Mr Andre smith was awesome. He made my shopping easy and fun too. Explaining everything I need to know about each product. And this made it a lot easier for me to make a decision on what to buy.❤️

Ordered a bedroom set online 07/30 delivered 07/31! Delivery drivers were friendly and proffesional. The delivery window was 0830 to 1130 they called prior to arriving which was 1015 installed and left whithin 15 minutes!

From the sales person to costumer rep everyone was professional. We were treated right. The sales person Ralph went beyond. I greatly appreciated it. I really like their furniture it last for a very long time.

we have to give a big shout out to a number of employees who made our experience unforgettable. from the beginning Latoya White, out of Paramus, whom happen to be visiting Bartow mall in the bronx, where we made our purchase. took on the task of making sure that our delivery came on time.
Latoya was proactive in listening to our comments , questions and our concerned. she made contact with

Fitzroy Taylor is a true professional. Totally familiar with merchandise including quality, price and all aspects of the sale. He has great style and a presence that instills confidence in the customer. I will always ask for him in any of my future R&F purchases.

Customer service from sales shaunese was amazing but I had asked about them taking the mattress out with them and I was told you have like clean dirt free stain free type mattress.Of course the mattress has issues or I wouldn't be buying a new one.Make it make sense or say you don't remove old mattress.
