The couch is firm and seems good construction. However, there is a terrible odor that is driving me crazy. 👎👎. It’s not a new furniture smell. It’s like old cheese or spoiled milk.

The outlet
The outlet had some good stuff but the customer service was not strong enough for a good sale. I was basically on my own trying to figure out what was going to look good in my home.
