Sofa experience
The reason my experience was great is due to the courtesy of the store staff as soon as I walked in. The service desk staff were amazingly professional and helpful. The manager was very accommodating. It was a blessing having Eder Trinidad show us what was explained to him and was needed. Eder was polite, professional and knowledgeable in showing the furniture and with patience, he helped me pick the sofas with the best materials , features and price fitting the budget. He went thoroughly over the price including discounts and delivery over and over until I understood and was pleased. Thank you Eder for your help and understanding our needs. Blessings.

Salesperson was excellent in reinforcing the research l had done online prior to my visit. Combined with salesperson expertise and the research I had put in made the shopping experience flawless. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to furnish other rooms in the home.

Great customer service
Eddy Gonzalez was courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture that I was looking for. We spoke with Eddy first and did some additional Furniture shopping in the mall But Eddie ultimately gave us a deal Which let us back to Raymour Flanigan He even assisted us with the best rug to match our couch. I will definitely be shopping here again.
