Our salesman Bruce was excellent
Our salesman Bruce was excellent. He explained in what section the leather couches would be and said if you have any questions to ask. He left us alone and didn’t hover over us!! Would recommend the Canandaugia store and Bruce!

Bruce was a great salesman
Bruce was a great salesman! It was a fun experience. I had made purchase and I went back in the next day to change order to different item and Bruce changed everything with no problem! We also share the same birthday!

We went to the store in Canandaigua
We went to the store in Canandaigua, NY. Was assisted by a very nice salesman who went out of his way to help u. The negative experience was we tried to use our Affirm credit but the store did not take it. We did wind up ordering on line but feel bad as the salesman did not get any commission after all his help

My purchase was online, and viewing a product online rather than in-person, can make the selection more difficult. You never really know what you are getting until you see it in-person. The products, ordering, and promptness of delivery exceeded my expectations.
