The Salesman Mr. Mannan was courteous and knowledgeable to understand my needs. He helped me to find guest room bed & mattress best fitted for my situation. I am planning to go back for purchasing a living room sofa set in pretty soon.

I bought a sofa and chair
I bought a sofa and chair. I had a catalog from earlier this year. the price of the sofa at the store was $ 200 more the price of in the catalog even though the Memorial Day sale was going on.
Then i was told i had to pay for shipping. i asked if they take out my old sofa, and was told no.I took the warranty and come out paying a lot more then i expected.

Item was “in stock” when purchased😡
We were incredibly disappointed that not only is out furniture out of stock until FEBRUARY, but that when placing the order the website specifically said “in stock”. We have NEVER had a negative experience with R&F. Much of our home is furnished with your pieces. The money we paid for this Kona Server wasn’t “delayed until 2/23/21”. So I am thoroughly disappointed that the product I paid for is delayed.
