First experience at Raymour & Flanigan
Salesman was very patient with us and was very knowledgeable about furniture we were looking at. Store was layed out attractively. Salesman also showed us discounted furniture first and didn't try to up sell us.

The experience has been a nightmare
We ordered our sectional sofa in September 2023. It was a custom order which they said would take up to 15 weeks. In late December 2023/eatly 2024 It arrived only to find out that it was ordered incorrectly, and one of the pieces was not what was ordered. R&F did allow us to keep the incorrect piece so that we could use it because we sold our other sofa. They ordered a replacement piece which took another 12 weeks to arrive. Due to some logistics, it stayed in their warehouse a little longer than anticipated. When we are finally able to take possession, we called to schedule delivery and were told that the replacement piece was damaged in their warehouse and ANOTHER replacement has been ordered. I have asked for a price concession two times due to the significant inconvenience and frustration but have to be offered one. It is now end of April 2024 and I am waiting for the order a THIRD time.
Our sales rep was kind and responsive, but the rest of the process an absolute nightmare. I chose Raymour and Flanigan due to cost, but I will never buy there again and will make sure that none of my friends do either.

Pick up availability doesn't mean what you think it means
I think the dressers I ordered online will be great. I received an email confirmation with a "pick up availability" date. I arrived at the show room on the "pick up availability" date. I was greeted promptly at the door and shown to customer service desk. The associate at the desk informed me that the furniture was not at the showroom and would not be ready for pick up until Tuesday. Poor communication from the website. We drove forty minutes to the store only to be told we would have to make another trip. Disappointing.
