The salesmen was excellent. The store had a good selection to choose from and the salesman was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

One of my pieces arrived damaged in a very visible place. I had the delivery take note and he said someone would be out to fix it the following day. It has been a few weeks. I am waiting on one more piece and someone to reach out to fix or replace the damaged headboard. My salesperson was good. But I’m not sure when the last piece from my order is coming. How do I find out and can I get this fixed or replaced for the damaged part

I had a great experience at the RF Outlet store. My sales associate, Craig Costango, was very helpful, courteous, and patient as I decided on my final choice.
When my furniture was delivered on Friday, I realized I had a mistake. I immediately called Customer Service. While they could not answer my question on Return Policy, they sent an email to qCraig advising him of my issue.
On Monday Craig called and we discussed the problem and he told me that he would send it up to the store manager. The next day I heard from Gene Issac who gave me a few options to consider. We were able to resolve the issue in very short order.
Everyone at RF have been terrific. Thanks so much.

Came in the see if a dresser was in stock. The website said it was out of stock. It was in stock and I was able to purchase it. Salesman was friendly and professional.

I placed the order over the phone based on an earlier visit to the store. I knew the style name of the sofa and chair, and I was sent a text message so that I could securely pay online on their website. All my questions were answered, and the delivery scheduled, and I am now waiting for my new furniture!

Mr Rodney Wolokolie professional, very knowledgeable and great salesman. He is an excellent listener who sold to our need. He is very patient.
