Salesperson was very kind, helpful, informative about procedures. She was also very friendly and interactive with my son, who the furniture was for.

We are in a rental townhome and can't hang shelving so we popped in to see what we could find.

Chris greeted us at the door and was wonderful at helping us select a bookshelf/shelving unit that we felt went well with some existing furniture pieces. She also let us know that the Outlet store is just another offspring of the main store and pieces made for the Outlet stores and not just 'left overs' or items that don't sell in the main stores. We were pleasantly surprised as we figured this was the opposite (apparently we are the only ones).

Delivery is Friday and we are excited!

We were pleased with our salesman--he was very helpful in explaining details of the furniture--he also let us look around but was there if we needed him--not like in the past where the sales people were on top of you all the time--we look forward to getting our furniture and visiting you in the future
