Raymour & Flanigan - Columbus Boulevard Avis 

Bought a sofa from raymour & flanigan and after several years it failed. They where unable to fix it and I received a credit for the amount I paid for it. So I was told to go to any store to pick out another sofa and I did, my problem is that I don’t think I should have to pay for delivery.

This sofa is everything I needed. Great support, luxurious leather, great feel to touch.....and so on.

Mr. Dave Rosen, was my sales gentleman! He was a complete gentleman, my 11 year old son and I were moving from our family home into an apartment. Son and I had picked out furniture on line but though it best to see it in store. Mr. Dave, showed us everything we picked! He a wonderful classy gentleman! Thank You for your patience, understanding and especially listening!

Customer service and the sales team were great to deal with. They make you feel welcomed and not pressured, they did not have what I was looking for on the showroom floor but my salesman Frank was able to order my furniture online and everything easy.
