Raymour & Flanigan - Deptford Outlet Avis 

I was told that I was going to get my couch a week prior to my event. Now 3 days prior to I'm finding out that it wont be in the warehouse until maybe Friday and I 'might" get it on Monday but that is not definite. I never got an update email , nothing. I was told that someone will call me back to see if there can be anything done. No phone call back. When I called back they told be to stop by a local store. When I didn't place the order in store so there is no need to go to "my closest store". And of course the people that I need to get in contact with was closed already. Yet another day not knowing what is going on with my couch.

Quick & easy! In & out with 15mins got our Couches delivered with 3days the ottoman is going to be 2-3weeks but no delivery fees for that 2nd drop off. Thanks R&F Deptford!

Sales Rep was nice but you can tell he was busy and didn't really take his time to attend to all my needs and questions I got pushed off to another rep on the phone since he kept getting called.

Great service I was in and out with my purchase order.

Our sales person was Christi. She helped us but left us alone to search the store. When I feel that someone is following me in a store, I tend to not buy at that store. So there was no pressure and we bought a lot of furniture.

The associate who helped us, Ann Wald, was knowledgable and patient. She made the process much easier and smoother than prior experience shopping for furnishings. The store had a good variety for selection.

This furniture is built VERY cheap. Small pin nails and hot glue holding the base of the drawers to the side walls. They came apart taking it out of the box! Never again will I purchase furniture from here

Got a king size bed at a great price. Our salesman, Frank, provided great customer service and was not pushy.

the sales person was there but not in our face. that is always annoying. she was knowledgeable and very friendly.

On 8/29/20 my husband and I entered your store in Vineland, NJ because we wanted to buy a new sleeper sofa for our den. As we walked in the door, there was a male and female associate standing near the entrance who never said hello or greeted us so we walked around the entire store for about 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us so I kept looking for our favorite salesperson Ms Joy Ramos. We weren’t sure if she still worked there due to the Covid Virus but when we walked back to the service desk to ask for assistance, there she was waiting on another couple. She saw us and acknowledged us and said she would be with us shortly. So we walked around until she was free and still no one else acknowledged us but we knew Joy would take care of us. We told Joy what we needed and asked her for her opinion on the two sofas we were looking at and she gave us her expertise advise as she always does. She is fabulous as a salesperson. She’s not pushy but she’s very helpful and patient. In the last year we have spent a lot of money on furniture from your store. We just love the quality! Again we just wanted you to know that Joy is a wonderful associate and she is to be commended for doing an excellent job! She’s definitely an asset to the Raymour & Flannigan Company. The salesman was very patient with my mother-in-law who was purchasing power lift recliners for both her and her husband. Why two? So they can hold hands while sitting together! 🥰

My representative was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice for both my husband and myself. Showing us the different types of mattresses, finishes, from the expensive to the medium price exploring the different options available. We felt confident that we made the right choice when we left.
