Was patient with me when l was making decision. What he didn't tell me was that the protection plan was just for 5 years.and the cost ..l was shocked when l saw my invoice when l got home.

We had such great customer service and friendly sales experience with Nick M. Nick helped us pick out some beautiful furniture and answered all our questions. The best part was how helpful he and the entire team was in getting our furniture delivered when it was needed and much quicker than expected. Mattress sales comfort guarantee is not as described. You must replace mattress with equal or higher value mattress even when you might be shopping for a specific mattress type like a split head king where they do not stock others of equal value. All competitors in this space this is not their policy for mattress sales.
Long time customer (15 years) and recommended previously Raymour to friends and family. If this situation is not resolved this will be my last interaction/recommendation for Raymour and Flanigan.
