They sent my chest out with damage the drawers do not line up & the frame was broke in 2 different places they should have checked before sending it out

Ali was the perfect salesman
Ali was the perfect salesman. Not pushy at all. Allowed us to have private time to shop and discuss as a couple. Professional, great personality. Salesman was very nice but..
Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable very nice experience. What we wanted was not in stock was promised yesterday still waiting. Other piece was special order will be 30 days I think that is very long. Overall trip there was good just expected to walk out with what I wanted.

Salesman was so helpful 5+ stars! I left another furniture store that…
I left another furniture store that wouldn’t honor a extended warranty after two years, which left me with a broken couch. Decided to stop at Raymour. The salesman Karl asked if he could be of any assistance to let him know. He wasn’t running after me & I really like that! I found something & came back a few days later. Karl was just so helpful through the full process! I appreciate the honest help!

Salespersons are helpful w/out stalking
I loved that I could walk the store without feeling stalked by sales associates. I was greeted immediately but allowed to browse without pressure.
