I purchased a dinning room table and also a love seat. From the moment I walked into the showroom and met Sharon until the time my order was delivered weeks later, I was amazed at her service and dedication. Sharon was attentive, helpful , friendly, professional and always followed up with me! She took time to go over customer reviews with me of the items I was about to purchase , she took time to research , she took care of me from A to Z with sincerity. I trusted her and that made the overall experience a very pleasant one! I will always return to Sharon for future purchases and I highly recommend her to any other customer !

CJ, the saleswoman, was not pushy or watching over me. It was nice to be able to browse and not have someone over my shoulder. She answered all of my questions.

From the moment I walked in the first time looked around and came back a week later it was nothing but pleasure. I sat with Angelo yesterday and I picked out my new living room furniture. He was very knowledgeable.. and went above and beyond.He was even bringing pieces to other sets for me to see with the set I wanted .

Victor was patient and helpful. R & F was generous in permitting me to exchange the overly soft mattress I had purchased in March even though I was several days over the return date due to going away. I’ve told friends about that and they expressed appreciation for R& F’s policy of satisfying clients.

The girl that took care of us was. Rey kind and very helpful. Your staff was even very helpful at check out as I had gotten a new debit card & we couldn’t get it to work. I had to use a different card and they were patient enough to go through this ordeal with me. I am very grateful to them for that.
