Omg David is so professional, he makes you comfortable, offers you water, and have great advice in home furnishings, very conversational, well dressed and neat. i was never notified that my monday delivery would not take place. i'm now told they will deliver next tuesday. if and when i receive that delivery, i will be better able to give a review.

Great customer service. Not a lot of inventory for a small sleeper sofa. This is strange because space in NYC is so tight. There was only one option that would fit through the door of my basement.

Your customer care person did her best to straighten out the situation with the store and T.D. bank..my sales person was very kind to me and did all he could to help out. I have no idea why a freeze was put on my account. My first sales person did not notify me that my coffee table was on back order had he notified me I would not have accepted a partial order ..now it is well over a month and I still do not have my coffee table but all the rest of my order was received last month. This is very unprofessional and I should have had the choice of cancelling if my order was not going to be completely delivered. Given a lousy $150.00 gift card for the store and there is hardly anything in the store for that amount...I am a senior citizen and should not have gone thru all of this.

Danilo was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He knew exactly my taste. He did not try to push me into something I did not need or want! Service was top notch!

The sales clerk was courteous, patient and helpful. He is knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture that I question him about. He showed me a piece that I ended up buying because it was what I was looking for. It fits and brighten my living room perfectly.

The manager Lisa is the Best!! I had the best experience with Lisa and Tyson. Five stars a must for a wonderful experience.

When the salesman Ben saw that I was declined for financing. He was no longer helpful. He told me to go back to customer service and put down what I could. I had more questions be he was gone. At this point I'm very disheartened. Certainly considering a refund request.

I was looking for a new bed I saw a bed and I informed the sale person I need to speak with my husband and I would be back. The sales person saw I had account at the store and decide to put the order thur without my authorization. He chose a delivery date and everything.if I didn’t check my email that night. I would of had a $1600. bed I didn’t buy.

Salesman Jamal Prince was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all.of my questions thoroughly. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Our experience at the Brooklyn NY (Fulton St), location was a positive and enlightening experience. My niece and Grandson, had the pleasure of working with Ousmane. He was personable, professional and patient. Ousmane took the time to answer the many queries we had and assisted us with the final purchases we made. He deserves ALL 5 stars for his knowledge of the products and his great customer service skills! Great asset to the RF brand.
