I recently visited the Garden City
I recently visited the Garden City, NY store and had an exceptional experience with Frank Land. I had been to several stores pricing couches, but Frank’s knowledge of the products and his helpfulness really stood out. He made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable, answering all my questions with confidence and professionalism. Frank went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with my experience thanks to his excellent customer service!

Pleasant experience and great salesman.
I had a pleasant experience at this location. There was no sales tactics or pressure used to make me purchase any items and the salesman answered any questions I had when I was ready. He was attentive when needed and gave information when requested. He was very knowledgeable about items. Always a great experience in Garden City. Very different than what I have experienced at Northern Blvd. in Queens location.

A Showroom Manager
A Showroom Manager, Mr Leslie Salchook, made our visit very productive, easy, and quick, also causing us to smile. Mr. Salchook, goes by the name "Less," had great product knowledge. On his first try, he was able to locate a mattress for us in our price point and one that we loved. The delivery was next day. Less had a great sense of humor, keeping a smile on our faces, with great product expertise. I recommend anyone, even finicky buyers to work with Less Salchook. He is an outstanding Showroom Manager.

had a very good salesperson. the only problem was the chest I wanted on display at the store was dark brown and I wanted to see the chest in white. I ordered it anyway.

Pamela Walker was our sales consultant…
Pamela Walker was our sales consultant this past Saturday. My wife and I were specifically interested the purchase of a power lift reclining chair. At the entrance, Pam met us with a warm greeting and assisted with the front doors as we are both handicapped. The chairs are located in the back of the store and we were extremely impressed with the patience she exhibited walking by our sides, even at our slow pace. She was very knowledgeable and provided a description of each specific chair as I tried it out. If it wasn't for Pam, we may not have finalized a purchase.
When the time comes in the near future for us to purchase more furniture to furnish our new co-op, we will insist on dealing only with Pam.
