Very nice experience at your store
Very nice experience at your store. We were greeted by Christina Shepherd, she answered our questions and left us to walk around. She did keep in touch with us while we were in the store and helped us purchase our TV stand. The whole process was very smooth and everything was explained. Delivery is scheduled for Wednesday. Incorrect Pickup Date-
The receipt told us pickup of out sofa was thursday by 4:00 at lancaster location. We rented a truck and when we went to pick it up- it wasnt there- wont be there until next tuesday I am livid - the truck was an expense I dont want to repeat

Delightful experience.
