Our sales associate, Mona Rifai, was outstanding. She showed understanding for our needs & situation, as well as immense compassion for my mother-in-law & her health concerns. I'm so grateful for Mona's attention to detail, knowledge & experience. When we return for our next furniture purchase, we will certainly seek out Mona! If EVERY sales associate were like Mona, Raymour & Flanigan would be all the more better! We were highly pleased!

Great experience. My son and his girlfriend were looking sleeper sofa. There was a nice selection of sofas and the salesperson answered all of their questions. Once they found the one they wanted she opened the sofa up so they could see the sleeper.

What made my experience great was Curtis Singleton. I have had the pleasure of buying furniture from Curtis over the years and he never waivers in his kindness, devotion and expertise. The one and only reson why I go to Raymour is Curtis!!!!!

Basil was excellent, professional and knowledgeable about the stores products.
He was very patient and answered all my questions.

First everything taking more than 2 months, delivered dressers April 24 and then schedule bed to be delivered today, received confirmation emails and all. End of window of delivery I called to find out delivery cancelled and a long story without notification what so ever. Worse experience with this company honestly I spend a lot of money with the company and customer service has really let me down. My kid is coming back for break and has to sleep in the floor? Someone should call me pick up the delivered items and refund my money if they can’t have the bed hereby Tuesday. Someone from management should call me and make amends.

I visited the Lawrenceville store on 3/29/23 at around 2:00PM. Glenn Heinz (Manager of the store) immediately came up to me as I was browsing the furniture and introduced himself and proceeded to ask if he could assist me during my browsing. Mr. Heinz was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had regarding arranging furniture in a room (at home) right down to the quality of mattresses. I actually stayed in the store way over one (1) hour - which I never do, but because of Mr. Heinz' professionalism, I was in no rush to leave the store. Mr. Heinz is a very valuable manager at the store.
