We had a very good experience our salesman Dave was professional pleasant and knowledgeable about the product and spent a good amount of time with us . Hopefully the delivery will be just as good.

My salesman was very knowledgeable
My salesman was very knowledgeable, also very nice. I called in the morning and asked if the set I wanted was on display...Joe answered the phone and said yes...he then said if you come in ask for me. I wasn't sure if I was going to get my mattress there, but he told me to try some. After trying, I decided to buy and get the adjustable base with massage also.
This is the 2nd time buying at Raymour & Flanigan and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Gidget was wonderful!
Gidget was wonderful!! She made us feels so comfortable. We were looking for a small size sectional and she helped us find exactly what we needed. She even called another store to find a recliner that we desperately wanted. She is an asset to Raymore and Flanigan and I hope they know how important she is to them. Thank you Gidget!!! ❤

Except for the long walk to the service desk, the rest of the visit to the store was pleasant,. Bryant , the salesman, was courteous, friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable . No , I don’t know him , and never met him till then. The young man in customer pick up, was awesome. Thanks to all who were involved in my purchase experience.
