I was happy with the number of lift…
I was happy with the number of lift recliners that allowed a good choice--rather than having only one or two. I was pleased with the "no pressure" approach of the salesperson and his patience while we tried the chairs for comfort, etc.
I was very concerned regarding the lack of handicapped assist at the store entry AND mats at the entry that caught on the our walker device both as we entered and exited. THis is a hazard and can cause an accident/fall. That could mean a suit to be filed for dangerous accessibility. Once inside the store we had no difficulty. The manager and sales person both observed our tripping difficulty.Your business deserves a better "welcome mat" for handicapped customers.
Otherwise our visit was very positive.

Ernesto In Sales - Manchester CT Bought leather chair
We visited the Manchester store and were greeted by Ernesto. We told him what we were looking for - leather recliner - and he showed us a variety of options. When we found the chair we were interested in, he answered our questions regarding the chair specifications along with the leather fabric. We decided to buy the chair and Ernesto explained the delivery process. We felt that Ernesto was very knowledgeable of the product, listened to what we wanted to buy, and gave us the time to make a decision. We were shopping at the Manchester CT…
We were shopping at the Manchester CT store looking for a sofa and loveseat we saw online. Bengie Rolon greeted us at the door but did not give us the hard sell. After sitting on the sofa we viewed on line, we determined it was not the right size. Bengie pointed out a different set by the same manufacturer with choices of fabric. He was professional and very helpful. We ended up ordering the set and can't wait for it to come in. Both the maker and the set itself had excellent reviews. Raymour & Flanagan is a great place to shop and has reasonable pricing!
