Large selection to choose from. Randy made it an easy and painless transaction. He listened to what I wanted and I made my purchase within 20 minutes of getting there.

I have talked to Chris during my visit to the Manchester store. He is a great salesperson and went a mile ahead to explain everything to me. The store has a big range of furniture ranging from budget to luxury items which could fit the needs to everyone. The quality of each item in the store is good. The store is nice and properly arranged. I would love to visit the store again and buy from R&F.

Although not greeted upon entry … eventually sales rep caught up to us and provided immaculate service . He knew the products well and offered suggestions based on our vision . We purchased 4 items on the spot. Came looking for only one item. Thanx Allen .

I wanted a special order where I could pick out my own fabric for my new sofa. Chris spent a lot of time with me and helped me choose the sofa I wanted with the exact color fabric I wanted and also helped me pick out a matching chair and assisted me with getting financing for my new furniture!

We were greeted pleasantly and without feeling pressured. We purchased a sleeper couch and a set of tables in 30 minutes. Charlene showed us a variety of couches(tables were a spur of the moment purchase). She demonstrated how they worked and was upfront/realistic about availability. Charlene also called us a week later about issue with tables with photos. Very happy with her service.

I actually hate shopping, but Gaye in the Manchester, CT store is amazing! She was super knowledgeable and made the process Both pleasant and efficient. I don’t even think I was in the store for 45 minutes before I was able to both find and purchase exactly what I wanted!

I met Mohammad Razavi at the door of the store. Tuns out he is the salesman who guided me through the maze of all the recliners at the store in Manchester next to Buckland Hills. He was extremely nice. He was extremely patient and took all the needed with the attention to helping me select a chair. In short he was great! I found one I loved, as I write I am sitting in that chair that was delivered more than a month before the expected delivery date. And the men who delivered the chair were great at bringing it into my house and getting it set up. My experience overall was excellent. My partner and I made a purchase a number of years ago from Raymour and we will be buying a couch in the near future and for sure we will be a returning customer for the third purchase.

My husband and I came in to the Manchester store looking to purchase a mattress. We met Robert right when we walked in the door, he asked us what we were looking for and he showed us the different types of mattresses that were available. He was very informative and if there was someone he didn’t know he contacted a manager. In the end, we went ahead and purchased a king size temper-pedic matress with a lift base. I would highly recommend Robert to assist anyone any time. He gave my husband and I space when we needed it and when we were ready he was great with us to go through the entire purchase process.
