The sales person was very helpful and I left the show room satisfied with my purchase

We bought a throw rug for in front of the new sofa. It didn't match. We tried to return it and the Manager was very nasty. Said we don't accept returns read the contract. We should have been told at the time of the sale that it was a final sale and you don't accept returns. We will rethink where we do our next purchase.

I ordered a mattress and everything was fine in the store. However when they delivered the mattress and went to take it away they said they could not take the old mattress because it had a couple of small stains ands tore policy prevents them from taking the mattress. I told the delivery people I as never told that by the store or salesman. I called the store and got teh help desk and they insisted the salesperson told me they could not take the mattress if it had any stains. I said they did not. The help desk insisted they did (of course they weren't there so how would the know) and I was very annoyed thata)I was not told that when we bought teh mattress and b) that the help desk was calling me a liar. Very disrespectful.

My experience in the Metropolitan branch in Queens, NY with the salesperson, Mark Foster was great.. He was very accommodating My problem was with the delivery.. They did not take my old mattress and the cardboard boxes of the new mattress.. I called the office 5 minutes later to fix this problem.. I received excuses and lies and the run around before the supervisor finally agreed to take it the next day.. Without a specific time.. I have wasted the whole day to wait for my delivery and now, to waste another day for them to pick up the mattress and boxes, they should
have taken in the first place.. After I threatened to return my mattress and bed and a call from my brother did they even consider to take care of my problem. If I receive I fine for this mistake from my coop, I informed them that Raymour and Flanigan will be responsible for it... I am now seriously thinking if never buying anything in your stores again...the delivery service and the way they handle leaves much to be desired..

Hugo was beyond patient with me. He is an amazing sales person I have never felt so comfortable making a purchase he is very easy going and extremely professional.I will be back I have a lot more buying to do and I will 💯 % be asking for Hugo. Thank you so much 🤗
