My husband is older and having more difficulties with his feet…we purchased a bed but using our existing mattress and boxspring made the bed way to high for my husband, we needed a lower profile boxspring, we stopped by the Montgomeryville, Pa. Raymour & Flanigan Store…we were met almost immediately by a really nice woman named
Nahida Tannous, after a little inviting small talk, she took us back…showed us a motorized low support for our mattress, showed us how it worked, I tried it out…my husband could navigate getting down and up nicely. After a few more questions and answers we purchased it…all questions, needs and wants were taken care of…and delivery was scheduled almost immediately…perfect, done quickly, helped by a knowledgeable and friendly young woman…very good experience…office was good getting our receipts….thank you…👍👍👍

The sales lady Nina was thoroughly informed about products and very helpful in demonstrating powerlift recliner chairs to me. She was particularly sensitive to my handicap and helped me use the controls in order to make a decision. I hope R&F truly recognizes her worth to the company. I would have purchased elsewhere were it not for Nina.
