Thorough job
Pleasant, knowledgeable person, Sherry, who helped us. We were not rushed. She took her time to explain the pros of each pillow product and gave us ample time to try each pillow out.

It’s all about the Sales Associate
R&F has a large selection, quick delivery still, fair price but the best is the sales associate. Interior designer knowledge, friendly & patient. Sherry Toro is the best , it made all the difference!

Incredible Service
Our salesperson Rich Calderone went the extra mile and worked with us to get just the right furniture we needed in the time we needed it. He was great to work with and made the process very easy! Then the delivery people who delivered our furniture were professional, efficient, and generally a nice bunch of guys. We will definitely use Raymour and Flanigan in the future.

Discount was applied only to frames, not the mattresses. After review of original invoice and your website returned to the store where we were given a refund. Original invoice was calculated by store manager, not the sales person.

A helpful visit
Greeted as we entered. The salesman minimized the walk as my mother was with us and using a walker. Options were presented but not pushed. A good visit.
