What a scam!!!!!
I bought a couch for over three thousand dollars and added a 5-year warranty. When the zipper on one of the pillows tore, I called for service. A repairman came to inspect it and said he needed to order a new pillow from China, but there’s a delivery fee of over $100. I already paid more than $400 for the warranty, and if I have to keep spending more money, I wouldn’t have bought the couch from this company. Keep in mind, I could have found much cheaper couches locally. The only reason I chose Raymour Flanigan was because of its brand name, but now I’ve realized the brand name is meaningless.

The sales person was very professional
The sales person was very professional. Made us try different mattresses. She observed us as we tried each one and helped us pick the right choice for us. Spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us. The delivery was also excellent. They kept us informed as to when they would arrive, and came exactly when they said they would arrive. Very happy with the bed.

We just bought 2 couches from them. Our salesman, Jesus Arroyo was efficient, kind and patient. We were going back and forth while deciding and he stayed with us through the whole ordeal. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great experience
Our experience yesterday with Jesus A. was perfect. You can feel his experience in the industry. He was super helpful without being overbearing. Always nearby if we needed while not feeling pressured by his presence. He was great, will def. be returning and asking for him in the future.

The sales staff make this company great. The furniture and mattresses just sit there, but the employees speak for the product…answer questions, suggest another product and give a full and thorough description of the item.
